What will Gettleman tell JR?

I'll say this about Gettlemen, the free agents he brought in on the cheap have done pretty well.   Ginn, Cole, Mitchell, and Blackburn have all been pivotal.  Granted some didn't pan out but that's expected.

He has a good eye for talent and there actually seems to be a long term plan in place.  Hopefully we will begin to see that unfold.

But to answer the question I'd imagine he'd pop in a cigar and say, "it's all part of the plan."

I don't agree regarding Mitchell. He has done plenty of bad to go along with the little bit of good.

How can he not get it through his thick skull that he can't play like it's 1950? I don't care if the player was tiptoeing in bounds yesterday, if you come in and really blow the guy up, it's going to get called every time. He just plays stupid.

Does he really not know the NFL is scared to death of being sued over and over and over again until the sport is destroyed? Does he not know that over-aggressiveness is going to get called every time?

If JR has the audacity to approach DG of all people then he should just sell the team now...or better yet look himself in the mirror then smash his own face through it.

Honestly if this fool approached me and I'm DG he wouldn't leave the room intact.

Gettleman will tell Jerry it is because of the incompetent coaching staff and he will be partially correct as many players had a bad game. Teams have games like they did on Sunday so the loss is not that surprising, it's the fact that we should have had a winning record before that game that makes the mistakes so damning. Yesterday's game is not the reason Rivera should lose his job, it's all all of the games that proceeded it.
