Let's just take a moment to appreciate that run we just had.

8 wins in a fuging row. 2 MONSTER wins. #1 defense in the NFL, playoff bound (knock on wood) etc.

This is the most fun I've had being a Panther fan since 08 and these past two months have been magical. Being brought back down to earth ain't so bad. Really makes you appreciate the good times cause god knows these past few years havent been easy.

Enjoy it guys, these are the good times and the best has yet to come.

Yeah we had a great run. Franchise record. So what we lost a game? It was bound to happen. I rather let it happen now than in the playoffs. It just blows my mind after 1 loss in two months how a lot of threads are calling players out , draft talk, etc. We all still in the playoffs and control our own destiny. Jets, be very aware!! Go Panthers!

Yes, I am very proud of this team. Extremely. I remember after the Buffalo game literally almost wanting to shed a grown man tear. I got tired of my team that I've watched since '02 go through the same story line for each game the past year or two.  1Q-Win 2Q-W 3Q-W 4Q-Find a way to lose.  I truly believed that people didn't know what they were talking about when they said we sucked. A team that sucks doesn't lose every last second after leading all game; I saw we had potential to be great.  Finally it was being executed...for EIGHT STRAIGHT WEEKS. I tried to take my newfound elite mindset and apply it to every one else.  When Cam was leading the last minute drive against NE people were saying "Cam don't mess up." I'd yell and tell them "STOP SAYING THAT; ELITE TEAMS SAY PEYTON WIN THIS FOR US. TOM WILL WIN THIS GAME...NOT....Don't mess up." Any who I saw them overcome adversity week in and week out, even if against some weak teams....great teams BEAT weak teams. Which is something we hadn't done before.  I really am disappointed after the Saints loss, I wanted it to at LEAST be a dog fight if we lost. However we will come back strong because that's what an Elite team does.

Sorry for the essay....I got carried away. lol

i watched this game at a bar. came onto the huddle afterwards and i read complete stupidness...people talking about how we should have drafted hopkins in the first or keenan in the second, how the players have lost millions and millions of dollars in their contract years and how our defense is overrated.

i truly believe that most posters here are 13 year old girls.

we are one of the best teams in football. we had a COLLECTIVE off night. happens to everybody (NE, the Saints, the Seahawks, the Broncos).  Look for us to come out looking for blood. That run was incredible. it's time to settle in and finish this season strong.

    • Not sure about reporters, but fans do that all the time. Hell, if you were to ask some people on here, Cam Newton never had a single bad game in his entire career. Regardless of whether it's Young, Newton, Delhomme, Clausen, Teddy Bridgewater or even Matt Moore, It's never "everybody else's fault" anymore than it's ever all one person's fault. Young's performance this past Sunday was not good enough, but he had plenty of help.
    • 1st pick was a panic we need a WR for Bryce type of pick - they chose the wrong one. 2nd pick was inexcusable because RB was the one position we didn't desperately need I get the Wallace pick - dude has great athleticism for the LB position. Just has zilcho instincts 4th and 5th round picks look good to me Could care less about 6th and 7th round because those are usually special teamers at best caliber players. Plus we got Coker as a UDFA to negate them.   Overall probably a bad draft because of the 1st 2 picks + Wallace looking bad (granted, I think Brooks would have been a good RB if he could stay healthy). I do think Dan did a good job in the 2025 draft though.
    • "on pace" after one game is kinda silly. Derrick Henry is on pace for over 3000 yards rushing and 17 fumbles.  doesn't really matter though. Defenses are going to take Tet away and make Renfrow and XL beat them. He'll get tons of garbage time crossing routes for ten yards though. Hopefully he avoids the Bryce young hospital balls.
