Latest Forecast - Drenching Rain at Kickoff

Not having food or shelter for your family or watching a family member suffer in Hospice is a hardship....watching highly paid guys running around in uniforms lose a game isn't one. For the sake of entertainment value and to give us all a nice warm glow, I hope the Panthers are successful and win. I for one try to keep this in perspective...win or lose life will go on.

Very true post. But the older I get I am starting to realize that people typically are without food or shelter for a reason. My mom runs an organization for homeless people... Some of them are the most worthless individuals (and ungrateful) I've eer met in my life. Lazy

Looking at the radar and how fast its moving it may be here for the game.

Looks like a monster storm

Click on the little future button at the bottom.

Looking like it'll start raining in the AM in Charlotte, transitioning to heavy T-storms around 12:30-1:30.

My only question is whether we get a lightning delay if it's terrible.

Edit: NWS forecast updated 1 hour ago

Showers and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly before 4pm, then showers and thunderstorms after 4pm. Patchy fog between 8am and 11am. High near 74. South southwest wind 16 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Could be. I am really not interested in standing out there with a 6 foot long metal monopod in a thunderstorm.

TIming is key I suppose; everything is tightening up forecast wise. It's kinda funny how just a couple hours could make the difference between light rain and the JAX game like conditions.

Just don't get zapped out there Zod, somebody has to continue taking photos of topcats.

The best way to know what the weather is going to be like at the stadium today is to GO to the game. I think if you live close enough that you can make it to the game then you might be able to find a fare price for tickets. Women and small children are not going to take a chance if they are calling for lighting. I go to every game and I know that the couple behine me will not come to this game because of the weather. Their sets will be empty.

This will be a good game for you Huddlers to show some support and go to a game. Take a chance..Cut your computer off and GO. Look for Panther fans selling tickets not SCALPERS.

The PANTHERS need your support TODAY. This one will change everything for this team.

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
