Congrats to the fans who made the trip down to ATL

We had a great time. Sat behind bench players telling us all to get loud in dirty birds house. Smitty was getting everyone riled up standing on bench . It was great, Sat next to Atlanta fans who went to school and played football with Tolbert . I caught them cheering for Mike a time or two. Saw Zod working his magic on the sidelines.

Lame is suggesting spending money to travel to an away game when your team is 1-15 is lame. If that isn't a bandwagon attitude then I don't know what is.

I'm suggesting that in the not for long league that when your team has the opportunity to win its division and possibly go to the playoffs.you better go to the games you can now because it could be a few seasons before you have that opportunity again.

I don't know what that has to do with being a bandwagon fan. You seem a little sensitive on that subject

It's hard to justify spending a ton of money, a weekend and possibly vacation time to see a team that most likely has no chance of winning - I've done it but definitely questioned it afterwards.

I have come around to the idea that an away game trip is a great chance to maybe go somewhere I would not consider otherwise, meet new people, and share in the fun of game day, My favorite road trip this year was not Atlanta but Buffalo (the only 2 I went away to). Yeah we lost but it was a weekend trip, saw some cool stuff and met lots of great people. Already wanting us to get back there.
