PFT says Redskins should interview Shula

And whose fault was that...your QB, Coach, or team? Think real hard before you answer.

I think I was implying the playcalling was partially responsible.

Dude, I'm the biggest Cam homer on the planet, but even I think you go overboard looking for criticisms of Cam. I am not one of these people who assume Cam should be perfect at everything or will blame him otherwise.

Yeah, I especially love when they say, "I wonder Can The Panthers score"; then they go pick Frisco or Seattle (who the Panthers are ahead in DVOA, Points Per Possession offense) right after. Lol.

Now, don't get me wrong. I do see some things that can be improved on by Shula (especially lately). However, if they get back to that quick strike, short route offense that was successful earlier this year (or maybe a no huddle like the 2 min offense Cam runs so well), I'd have little complaints, till the next mistake of course. Lol

I will admit, I enjoy coming here and reading some of the threads but the attitude on here reminds me of the Dog, the bone, and it's reflection in the water story. Some fans are satisfied with this team's accomplishments until they look into the water, the media, and is made to believe that the reflection of the bone in the water, endless cynical chatter about the team and what they haven't accomplishing  is more real than what the team is actually doing.

Sadly, like the dog, many on here keep reaching for that elusive bone in the water, while failing to realize that it's the same bone they had all along. Here's hoping unlike the bone that did fall out of the dog's mouth into the water because he was greedy and shallow, the majority of  Panthers fans wouldn't let those who are so greedy, shallow, and easily swayed by today's media, to return  this team back to it's post 2008 days. It would be a darn shame.

i wouldnt mind if he left.  its like we needed shulas offense the first year, not year three.

it is the tempo that has driven me up the fregn wall.  we have some serious talent on offense and they have bailed us out.  not the calls coming from the box.

also, not shaking up the RT and wr spots on our roster is bs.

if this is some master plan of shula, well done sir.  run more up tempo w/o calling a single wildcat play, yeah ok.

we have home field advantage with the visiting team most likely coming off a draining playoff game.  just wear their asses out, get pts early and often and never look back.

so shula is the problem?  not dropped passes, missed blocking assignments, 3rd 4th string depth on line.  maybe the third OC in Cam's 4th year will be the charm?  since no one on the staff seems like they would be promoted, it would be a totally different system

Are you under the impression that only Carolina deals with these issues?

Every team has issues. Every single one. Yet, we are ranked 26th on offense, and the only ... and by only I mean FUGGIN ONLY... reason we are not 32nd is Cam's legs saving us.

Shula is not a good OC, not even close. The Panthers would be wise to upgrade.
