We have absolutely limited our ticket sales by state in the past. Its about preventing tickets being snatched up by ticket brokers.

The practice actually closes out real fans.  Brokers have employees and addresses in every state, those limitations slow them down little.  The honest schmo that lived in SF and wanted to come to Charlotte for the game couldn't buy, and instead had no option but to use brokers.

 

I still love giving those thug cocksucking assholes with "Need Tickets" signs in uptown Charlotte the cold shoulder whenever possible.  They're scum.
