A Rookie Salary cap is needed so bad, so this kind of crap will stop. All it does is hurt the player. Puts them behind in the career and hurts the team. Look at Russell in Oakland got paid and they still don't know if he is worth a damn, going into his third year.

Still sounds like a better option then the idea of splitting the stadium costs and sharing the new stadium with the "Godfather" AL Davis and the Raiders, which has been briefly discussed

I don't think that would go over very well in SF. It's amazing that Davis will spend money on players, but not a new stadium. :confused:
