People should take from that I get pissed about the selfishness and finality of suicide. Notice the smilie from SZ...I didn't know his feelings were hurt.

This thread, your post was dickish.

In that other thread, you should have received a physical ass whooping for that.

I don't recall exactly and Kurb deleted it (rightfully so)... but I believe it was something along the lines of "people who commit suicide are cowards" with the general idea being "get over it" in a thread where clearly SZ was upset.  It was unnecessary and uncalled for.

 

It's one thing to disagree in the tinderbox and sometimes it does get personal in there (it shoudn't) but when you give your opinion, people are going to bash it... I get that.  You don't have to be an asshole, but sometimes that forum brings it out of people...  

 

In the lounge and honestly the rest of this site, esp since we're mostly all Panthers fans, I see it as a place to discuss and get along, not bash one another.

 

Politically, I don't really agree with SZ on much of anything but we can be cordial to each other, esp in other settings.  Some on here (and it's not just G5, you know who you are...) apparently just can't play nice.

      Damn Logan Jones had a good day too. Was high on him coming in as he anchored that top Iowa line and is a fire plug inside. He's gonna be 25 to start the season so maybe he slips into the 4th but I doubt it, even if C isn't a premium position. His play on the field was top notch and the combine boosted it again. Arm length is about the only knock. But guy is plug and play at C.   This is a loaded class at C. Need to grab one.

      Bryce will be permanently replaced by a draft pick. There's not another Sam Darnold out there to save us. Tepper is going to see this throw because he dumped Mayfield and Darnold too soon. He's going to give it 1 more year before he will sign off on dumping another 1st round pick qb. Thats the cold hard truth of it. It doesn't mean we can't get younger and much better at the backup position.

      Maybe I should have used a different word and saved that for me. I want someone that has something impressive about them.  Someone that has potential to supplant a guy who is producing 25th best type of numbers. 22nd, 27th all that bottom third neighborhood.  I don’t know where that will come from it just can’t be from even a 4th round pick this year IMO. Unless FA is crazy productive.    I’ll give Bryce a better than bottom rating for his playoff game. Well above low twenties. But at least half of his games were bottom third level. Probably 2/3 to 3/4 of them were.
