Trade Hardy for?.....

Yes but that team has an effective run game and adequate weapons for there qb to work with, people just want a balanced approach not ignore the offense totally, ten points won't win many play off games dude

Exactly- The Seahawks defense and special teams scored points and when given the ball so did their offense. Our offense is pretty much Cam Newton, you can't expect to keep putting him out there to win the game for you.

After hearing Gettleman talk about Cam having to prove it last season, I'm not so sure that he didn't neglect the offense on purpose because he wasn't sold on Cam. No excuse this year.

You don't need an amazing offense Seattle did prove that, a good line and efficient play calling would be enough to win with a tough defense, my worry is gettleman stil ain't sold on cam even for all the talk 'yeh he proved it', if he doesn't get cam a good FA LT like Monroe and add adequate weapons then it can't be argued hes set cam up to lose! In which case does cam get his contract next year? It's a lot easier for gettleman to say no and move on from cam with 3 losing seasons out of 4.

Point? He was nonexistent against The Patriots, Niners, Seahawks, Rams and to a certain extent... us. Why the fug do I care? He can pile up stats against the lower competition for all I care but 'elite' players show up when real poo is on the line instead of talking.

Point is jimmy despite what you say is a big time player ... Hardy is still the differencemaker but how many tightends you heard of in the last few years that are putting up stats the way Graham is .. (3 maybe ) .. How many d-ends putting up dub sacks .. Again not many but way more the 6 ( factoring there is 2 d-end ) ant the end of the day specially on this team (having Charles already and knowig Olsen still in this team) I would go with graham over hardy and I'm a big time panther fan ...

The Rams are the only team I could see willing to trade for some picks - they have 2 in the 1st round - unfortuneatly they have little cap space.

The Raiders really need D help, they have tons of cap space - but they also need a QB???

The jags needs D, plenty of cap, but also need a QB

Unless Gman works some serious magic, these are the only teams(Jags and Raiders) I can see a deal for pics that has any $$$$ ability to sign Hardy to a deal or afford the one year $13mil tag contract.

Vikings might be a player.

As for what - I'd almost be happy to find a team in the top 10 that would trade draft order in the 1st and 2nd for Hardy. We need so many positions of quality, I can't see spending 13mil on a 1 year deal.
