Round 1: OT 6'6 314 Morgan Moses Virginia

Love this guys combo of size and quickness. Think he has good potential. At the very least he is an immediate upgrade over Bell.

Round 2: WR 6'2 220 Allen Robinson PSU

This guy is magic with the ball in his hands, and is no slouch catching the ball either with 97 catches for 1,400+ yards.

Round 3: OT 6'6 322 Cyrus Kouandijo Bama

This guy's draft stock has taken a hit. First it was the knee concerns, now its the crappy combine numbers. With that said, I think we can get a steal here. Knee has been cleared by another doctor and I will put more value on his game tape than combine numbers.

to be continued....

Round 4: WR 6'6 225 Brandon Coleman Rutgers

Like Robinson this guy is also a playmaker. Great size and deceptive speed.

Round 5: CB 6'1 205 Walt Aikens Liberty

Not your typical small school prospect. Was recruited by D1 schools and had to go to Liberty due to legal issues. Has great size and speed (4.4) and impressed scouts at the senior bowl.

Round 6: FS 6'0 204 Tre Boston North Carolina

As a UNC fan I am familiar with Boston. Dude can make you say wow and then turn around and make you scratch your head. Known for laying the wood and ball hawking, I think with the right coaching he has a future in the league.

I'm not a fan of Allen Robinson at all. Hope we stay away from him. Moses might be a reach but maybe not depending on how you see the 1st going.

I liked Cyrus before the knee stuff came out. HUGE red flag.

Like the rest of it but hope we go CB higher, and take 2.

    • Even if you concede that Bryce gets better as the season goes on you cant have a QB that just surrenders the first 2 games and the next 4 or 5 are iffy
    • I understand very clearly that Wilks’ approach in ‘22 wasn’t going to make us able to beat the better teams, but he got us competing and succeeding against the teams we should beat, similar teams to us. And it felt the best any stretch has felt, under Tepper.  But Tepper and the mob here had to have themselves the Offensive Minded HC, play caller guru. How’s that working out?    I know this: guys in the locker room were all about Wilks. He equaled or bested the win total of every other coach under Tepper before or since. It is a fact, and not for nothin.    FWIW I didn’t think he was gifted as a DC, when he was here as the DC. But he was excellent coaching DBs. All those jobs are different I guess, take different skill sets. I think his strength as a HC was getting people to follow him. That goes a long way.  After what has befallen this team since rejecting him, I don’t feel like a lesser fan for supporting him, I promise you that.
    • Since you also posted the Denver game, worth pointing out thumbing do anything for three quarters after the first drive until Denver went into garbage (Bryce) time.  They got a meaningless late touchdown to make it a 14 point and give Bryce some yards.  Since we’re moving into superlatives, they weren’t competitive at all in that game.  and Bryce also got complete outshone by Bo Nix and anyone with pride would retire after that.
