The point is this last season we overachieved hugely!, ideal world to gettleman was we bombed out he rips up the crappy part of the roster which is secondary and whole of the offense and picks high in the draft and likely prob let's hardy walk too, but we win defence and hardy look awesome so he makes a decision to put all his ehgs in hardys basket, jordan gross leaves so he thinks he may aswel make a total clean break of it and start again on offense, which is what he's basically done or doing, but reacing five linemen and five receivers isn't done or going to be down overnight!

If anyone thinks gettleman didn't come in and expect to rebuild for two seasons and go through a transitional period then your dumb, actually having a wining season has made this offseason almost an impossible task for him, is there a plan In place? There should be and likely is, the problem is it's hard to decifer and understand what direction were heading in at the moment and this is what's making the fans anxious, but it's march 12th. If it stil as crappy in September then carry on overreacting.
