It's not every day you sign a player from the D-League and they come in and become a solid bench SG like CDR. I think that CDR might be even more. Something is special about that guy.. I know he has most likely earned a contract but what do you guys think of CDR so far?

I'm not saying he will develop into a starting SG, I do think he has a future here though.

CDR has proven to me what i was looking for Taylor to prove to me this year: more consistent 3 ball with solid defense and an improved ability to attack the rim. CDR doesn't have the frame and ferocity that Taylor can bring but he does have a better 3 ball. He's almost at .400%

CDR has played a big role on our success lately. If he is a good team mate behind closed doors, I hope we show him how much we appreciate what he has done for the team in the off season. A 40% 3 point shooter is a great benefit to a team where a few players can't shoot the 3 worth a poo. A person that has a chip on his shoulder to prove he deserves to be in the NBA (when they have had a rough go at it) can be a very powerful force. I hope he keeps that type of motivation even after a new contract.

To be honest with you if we are down by 3 with 5 seconds to go... He is the one I want the ball going to. (with the exception of maybe Neal)

he is a good teammate.. i remember MKG (on twitter or instagram) was excited to bring him in because he was kinda MKG's mentor during his 1st year in the league.. he told him what to watch out for and how to be professional.

as far as who i want taking the 3 ball with 5 seconds left:

Neal > CDR > Toliver > Kemba > Mcbob >>>>>>>>>>> Cody > Jefferson > Haywood > Patrick Ewing >>>>>>>>>>>> Hendo

    • fuging awesome win all around, loved nearly everything I saw. Of course the Nets suck and we’ve won our opener like 10 straight season lol so it doesn’t mean much but better than losing or having certain young players look terrible.   Hopefully we can stay healthy can keep building.   Also, for at least a couple days, all 3 Carolina pro sports teams have winning records… When was the last time that happened? I think last time both Charlotte teams had winning records was 2018 but Canes I think were below .500 then
    • Me either. I actually thinks it's the worst thing that could have happened. The last thing we need right now is Bryce out for any length of time. We need him to play for the FO to decide, correctly or not, if he is the future of this team.
    • The game thread is stream of consciousness. I may or may not have made a tasteless remark I don’t recall.    I know that my reaction was mixed, , not sure if I thought it was a positive or a negative in terms of.the game.    What I do know is we don’t need him hurt in the middle of a year where the jury is looking to come in on his future. fug that we need him playing and healthy so it is a fair game evaluation wise.    That is absolutely the most important thing in my mind by a large margin. I am not happy he is hurt, at all.
