Is Drayton Florence still on the roster?

I haven't heard anything about him returning, I thought he was decent and definitely a good locker room guy.

What's the deal?

He's old. You have to keep one thing in mind, we cut him last year and only brought him back because of injuries. No chance he returns imo.

But then again, these types of signings usually happen right before or after the season starts.

If not for injuries, he wouldn't have been a Panther last season. He was released before the season and then brought back. The deal is that he'll be 34 in Dec.

dude was solid for us last year, i'd say depending on how the draft goes bring him back if he still shows the ability to play at this level

Yes, I think Cason was benched a couple times in his career. I don't know about Florence, but he seemed to work well behind our defensive line last season. I guess it depends on the draft as to whether or not we offer him anything.
