Report: Colin Kaepernick investigated for alleged sexual assault

I could care less what he does.

...prior sexual history means nothing if the charges are true. Don't know what your point is. Do you know what rape means lol

His point is that the post he is responding to says "why would he put himself in that position" the poster said he had a previous relationship with the girl, is he not allowed to hang with people he knows and has hooked up with to avoid situations like that? His point is it's ridiculous to say kaep put himself in a situation that was obviously going to have bad consequences but kaep probably had no idea a girl he's hooked up before would try something like that

I just hope is another case of the "gold diggin"

Hate to see any athlete in this type of predicament IF IT IS A FALSE accusation

Millions of dollars and fame. Maybe Colin should look for a real woman instead of getting high with groupies and whores? Gold diggers exist, and you'll only be falsely accused by them if you chose to mingle with them.

Cam Newton isn't charged with this because most likely he lives a more civilized lifestyle.

"Stop judging. Its wrong."

But hey.....while you're here. Please tell us again how much better Brandon Browner is thn Richard Sherman. That was a fun time.

:)

Near the beginning of the season I said "Sherman may not be the best corner on his own team" and actually supported everything I said with numbers. It's sad how you need to dredge things like that up and take them out of time and context to make yourself feel better. But, hey, keep jacking it to you're Internet persona if it makes your life more livable "kid".

"May not be the best...." LMAO. You made you're retarded claim then got EXTREMELY pissy when someone dare called you wrong. Haha.

No need to "dredge" up anything. That god awful debate you tried to make is the only thing you're known for around here.

Come on lets have that debate again, for ole times sake :) that was classic

You make an awful lot of grammatical errors for somebody who is "always right". How about we talk about that instead since it's actually relevant right now lol.

No where in this report is Colin charged

The words "sexual assault" does not appear

No where in this report is Colin even accused

If TMZ and the rest of the mentally challenged on the Huddle could actually READ the report and stop JUMPING to baseless conclusions, the world would be a much better place.

It is the POLICY of hospitals in South FL, in an abundance of caution, to report ANY potential wrong doing to the cops. The young lady could not verify how she ended up at the hospital SO the hospital, per POLICY was REQUIRED to contact the police for an investigation.

This lady never accuses ANYBODY of ANYTHING. She is simply STATING the facts as she knows them to be.

Colin is not even accused of rape/sexual assault much less charged with one.

My god. Some of the pure ignorance displayed in this thread is astounding.

Damn you're throwing in the towel quick. It's alright man, better luck next time. Don't feel too bad, 98% of "huddlers" don't know jack sh*t about anything related to football that doesn't have to do with the Panthers anyway.

But bless their little hearts, they sure do like to pretend. Take care.

    • Not sure who said it first, but Tepper is the correct answer. Still, I'm gonna go with Kasay keeping it inbounds. If, you subscribe to the butterfly effect version of time travel consequences.... When we win SBXXXVIII everybody's lives change: Moose never breaks his leg, We win it all again in 05. Tommy Jone is unknown and Peppers stays home, Champs once more 2008. No artificial pig heart turning JR into a creepy weirdo, no lockout, no Clausen. Fox and Jake ride off into the sunset on their own terms. No 2-14, no #1 pick. But, no laptop, no Blinn, 3 years behind The Golden Calf of Bristol, we still get Cam. JR let's him grow his locs like he always wanted, Smitty sees Cam in a new light. Dreads swinging, (and Smitty with his 3 Lombardis behind him) Cam is old enough to get those calls. No Manning narrative, Cotchery TD, PI against Talib on Philly Brown, 10,000 RTP calls and Kony Ealy SB50 MVP. No Jeans Fridays, no Tepper. KB doesn't slip on his own meatsweat mid-route in SD, Cam becomes the 1st QB to win 10 straight SBs. Retiring after being elected 47th president of the US of A, Cam ushers in the Permanent Proletarian Revolution across the globe, Xi Jinping bows in awe. "ẄøŘƙƐṛ§ őF ŧĤə ŵØRłð, ŮŊÏŦƐ!!!"
    • Yeah your right the owner was copping hand shandies while all this was going down
    • I mean not surprised the Patriots took him in and aren't trying to push him out. They've been the most morally bankrupt team in the NFL for a long while. Wouldn't be surprised if Vrabel has his own dirt on Kraft/Brady and other assholes from that organization over the last couple decades.
