I think Rod finally has the lines making sense with Svechnikov on the first line with Jarvis and Aho. Still think Stankoven shouldn't be the second center and team needs help there for a good playoff push but lines definitely looking a lot better now than before.

Yeah, I think if people looked at his season of snaps on All 22 they wouldn't have such a rosy view. Not that he is atrocious but he needs a lot of polish in coverage.

I feel like this phase of the team is like when those baby sea turtles hatch and waddle to the ocean. I want them so badly to make it but there are so many misfortunes that could occur. It’s still a lot safer for my heart and brain to expect them to blow it. I’m sure the Saints know this game is winnable and they need to make it count. I think they’ll fight hard and why not sell out to stop the run? What have they got to lose?

Bad turnover

This is the unfortunate thing that some people on this forum don't get about Ransom. I like him and believe he could eventually be a starting caliber Safety but his coverage would get picked apart heavily right now. His coverage skills is the main thing holding him back which at his position is a BIG piece of what is asked for him to do. Scott sucks no question but Ransom is that much more of a liability which should be telling to people. DM obv hit on Moehring on FA Safety signing so maybe this offseason he straightens out the other S spot.

To the thread title, I am sure he is better than somebody thinks.
