  1. Past hour
  2. bill simmons compared tet to the 2010 version of Larry fitzgerald, like "dude what the fug are you doing?"
  3. That late pass to Tet yesterday where he beat his man… my God, I can only imagine how frustrating that is. As a receiver you only get a couple of those a game, at most - beating your man deep, and the QB doesn’t even give you a fuging chance to make a fuging play on the ball. It’s not even close. It fuging sucks.
  4. I preferred the skipped pass on 4rth down
  5. Probably not. He would be Young's only hope to find a coach willing to give him a shot.
  6. It was hilarious when he completed a pass to a DL facemask yesterday
  7. I’m not against it at all. Bring on a Tom Coughlin for all I care.
  8. A long pass for Young is a thirty yard floater five yards off its mark. I have watched enough football to know what I see. Yes, Canales is part of the problem. But having to cull the playbook because Young can't execute the plays makes it all most impossible to succeed.
  9. I think it's been well established that that is not going to happen under the current management. Its like booing at the Special Olympics kid. Everyone knows he's not going to win so there's no need to be mean to him. It will be over soon.
  10. And again, I just don’t think people realize how much his limitations impact the game. Again, watch that second play from scrimmage. The DBs are literally shadowing every receiver UNDERNEATH. They are mirroring their routes underneath, playing super aggressive because they only have to cover about a 10 yard box downfield stretching the width of the field. Do people understand how much more aggressive defenses can be and are when that is the case? This is insane.
  11. Honestly most modern NFL offenses revolve around the short passing game with the ball coming out fast but you need the threat of the deep ball to make that work. The threat of the deep ball is vital. You just don't have it with Bryce. You can essentially defend the entire field like it's the redzone.
  12. Trepper buys the team within 3 weeks of TC(Rindardsons last gift.....)kept the HC, QB, and GM for 2018 season. 2019....it begins Fired- Ron Rivera HC- Perry Fewell Kept- Hernaiy Hired- Matt Rhule Cut- Cam Newton Signed - Terry2gloves to some massive 3yr 63mill Fire- Marty Herniay New GM- Scott Finnnerererererer Trade- Teddy2gloves for late rounder Trade for- Sam Darnold Trade for- Baker Mayfield Welcome back- Cam Newton Fired- Matt Rhude New HC- Steve Wilkis Cut- Baker Mayfield Walk- Sam darnold bye in FA New HC- Frank Riech Trade for #1- Tepper forces a trade up for a QB that becomes BY Fired midseason 1st yr- Frank Riech Interm HC- Chris Tabor Fired- GM Scott Finnererererer Hired- Scotts right hand man Dan Morgan Hired- Dave Canales Brief- QB switch red rifle back to BY Currentimeline- saddness Besides PJ walker starts, did I miss any other hires? fires? cuts? trades? with the focus being on GM, QB, and HC.
  13. I just can’t see any team turning him into anything. He literally can’t throw downfield. Back in the 80s or 90s, MAYBE, because west coast offenses used the short pass to supplement the run game, but that has evolved to where every QB needs to be able to throw it deep. Even in games we have won where we minimized Bryce’s impact by running the ball, it still always feels like he’s dangerously close to fuging it up with a fumble, stumble or pick. I just don’t see how that works anywhere.
  14. andy reid moved on from a slightly bigger version of bryce in Alex smith, he doesnt want poo to do with young
  15. If I’m gonna be nice I require more than 5 wins per season.
  16. Dave looked pretty damn competent in his role wherever he’s been when his QB is physically capable of playing the position. Now, to be fair, being a HC is different, but I digress… Can Coen’s QB throw the ball further than 15 yards downfield? can Baker? Can Bryce? one of these things is not like the others.
  17. MVP? Nah. But I will say that if there is anyone that could find a way to use him it would be Andy Reid. But no, I wouldn't be worried about him being any threat to anyone.
  18. Competent coaching? Canales has proven he isn’t a competent coach. This entire team is a mess. Baker didn’t miss a beat after Canales left. Canales can’t say the same for himself. Tampa has some really talented pieces when Canales was there. Evans, Godwin, White. Their OL. Canales has looked lost without those guys. Coen on the other hand has the Jags 3-1. Canales isn’t a good coach
  19. Guess I'm just a glutton for punishment.
  20. That's probably one of the folks who ran off to discord or maybe Icege
  21. Exactly. Unless they are practicing how to lose the game? At which point it all makes perfect sense.
  22. They scored on their first and last drive only.
  23. But I'm supposed to believe teams are gonna be itching to pick him up and turn him into a MVP?? Yeah okay...
  24. I guess when we cut Bryce, another team will pick him up. And he’ll succeed and make them a winner and we’ll be sitting here realizing it was us. It was always us. No matter who.
  25. I don't think they are doing practice correctly lol
  26. Watched the video read this guys responses in the comments. He's just another in a long line of folks carrying water. The Panthers have many problems and 99% of folks readily acknowledge that. But to just ignore the fact that Bryce Young's distinct lack of ability to throw downfield competently and consistently and his horrible ball placement is putting the offense and the defense as a result in predicaments throughout games is not even a viewpoint worth responding to anymore. These people cannot be helped.
