I was gonna say if they played Cousins the whole year they probably would have won the division, but now seeing that he's flirting with some TV stuff already he might be gone gone for real. That contract is so bad lol.

Burns was atrocious against the run and excellent against the pass. He is a pure liability from a 3-down standpoint. That’s always been his problem, do you want to pay the best SPR in the league that much? Giants had arguably the worst defense in the league this past year, his sack goals only tell so much of the story.

I mean I wanna get the backups 5 minutes of playing time if I can afford it just in case a starter goes down next week or in the SB. Basically like we didn't let Jimmy Horn run any routes almost all year and then relied on him to make a big time catch on our last play of the game last week. If they had thrown him even just 5-10 more passes on actual routes in the regular season he probably would have had a better feel for what to do with that ball.

Raheem Morris is the logical option. Hes already familiar with the defense, he was Evero’s boss and mentor. He is already familiar with the division. And apparently knows how to stop Tyler Shough so that’s a plus. I think Cooley follows Evero, I wouldn’t be opposed to Wash but I think there is more upset with Morris. I don’t think Flores is coming here. I wouldn’t be shocked if he backfilled Jesse Minter. Then again I could see Morris going back to LA to backfill Shula if he is hired.
