That the point of using the mocks, at least for me. I too, do not follow college like I use too. Now you can use the mock sim and learn about players within the picks(or course it changes if trades happen). Still I look at pick 13-18 (same for other rounds)and include that into learning, cause even these draft sims don't know how teams will draft. Then you factor in needs and wants and BANG you have "cheated" your way into becoming a draft...a panther draft "expert". You can also use the public knowledge of player visits and layer it over the mock sims too, gives you another understanding. You don't need to "research" 150 players, just the ones around when Panthers are schedule to pick. Then you form "favorites" and such to make the draft more interesting. Now I've exposed myself, wave to those Canadian geese for me......

The front office continues to make intelligent decisions: If they would have cut Andy, Panthers would have saved $150K in cap space If they traded Andy, for anything even for a pick swap, Panthers save $2.1 in cap space we just received a '27 7th rounder and saved $2 million for a player we didn't need anymore

Breaking: Panthers add RB AJ Dillon

This is just a camp body. The dude has been cooked for 3 years now. He will not come close to the final roster. I would bet any 6th rd rb selected would be more productive than him. -
Exactly.

What to Consider when you Draft in Round 1

Perfect choice since they were college teammates. No doubt Thieneman has experience guarding Sadiq. -
Obviously it always starts and ends with what you look like on film but a bold call considering many ILBs in his class raised their stock quite a bit through testing.

A.J. Dillon CARRunning Back#29 Panthers signed AJ Dillon, formerly of the Eagles, to a one-year contract. Dillon missed all of the 2024 season while recovering from a neck injury he suffered late in the previous year. He returned in 2025 on a one-year deal with the Eagles. Dillon appeared in the first six games of the year but eventually fell off the game-day roster with Philly’s addition of Tank Bigsby. He finished the season with 12 carries for 60 yards. Dillon will be fighting for a roster spot in Carolina during training camp. -
Sign me up for some of that.

Is Nadeau playing tonight? Let’s find out!!! Sitting at Bru’s getting ready, having some brews!

I take it as... He also took the S2 test a billion times and scored well on it. And tiny hands Pickett does sound like a good Robin to our midget QB

Could just be precautionary. It's a cheap 1 year deal and I'm curious how much of it is guaranteed. Could end up being a camp body cut if Brooks is healthy (or we draft another RB who we like more). -
I want to see DB do a qb sneak. I’m not even joking.

I think this is the guy with the biggest calfs in the league, like grown man Steve Smith calfs. I doubt its little over the min, no issue with bringing in former early picks for those types of deals. I mean maybe he can QB sneak.......(half joking)
