Left guard Damien Lewis returns to the lineup this week, after missing last week's game against the Jets. He had been the only offensive lineman to start every game prior to that. That also means they'll use a lineup they used previously for just the second time this season. The Ikem Ekwonu, Lewis, Cade Mays, Brady Christensen, and Taylor Moton grouping also started against Miami in Week 5.

Technically we don’t. We need someone who’s better than Dalton. Those QBs are widely available every offseason and they don’t need to improve to be better than what we have. Answering the long term QB question and easily finding a short term replacement are two completely different things.

Darnold and Mayfield where high draft picks whose teams they were drafted to decided to part ways with them it happens. If Byrce get dropped by the Panthers you think teams are going to be knocking down the doors for his service? He may end up on a practice squad as well. So yea Dalton is playing today and if something happens in the course of the game Hendon will be taking snaps so yea the jury is still out on his potential.

Fields is bad Qb but when it comes to running the ball he's one of the best from that position, so that's not surprising. Bills are not playing complimentary football right now no matter how good Allen can be.

If only there was some indication that his play was declining, the team could have let him walk after last year. But as we all know he won comeback player of the year and we made the playoffs.

True. But I think Panthers defense has done a good job the last few weeks of slowing running backs down and they've played some tough ones. So if we limit Cook it will be dependent on Allen to put in his super man cape, but then again the Panthers have the ability to just run it and play keep away, should be a good game. I have a feeling it's going to play out with Buffalo looking like paper tigers and lose 3 in a row.
