I wouldn’t think it accounts for all of it but when you think about how many kickoffs per game have teams starting at their 35, and realize that is 5-15 yards closer for most starting FP than it was for decades. Per kickoff…. That is something to account for.

Ejiro Evero CARDefensive Coordinator ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports Raiders will interview Panthers DC Ejiro Evero for a second time regarding its open head coaching position. Evero met virtually with the Raiders this week and will have an in-person interview sometime next week. The 45-year-old defensive coordinator also has an interview with the Steelers coming up. Evero has been a defensive coordinator for the last four years (three with the Panthers, one with the Broncos) with mixed results, though he remains respected around the league.
