I feel like we are backed into having to afford it. When this happened with Icky, it was immediately code red for left tackle. gonna go with 3 guards, I assume. I would say that Morgan is a Hurricane and there is a Hurricane LT , but we cant reach him. I was OK knowing Nijman might be back. BC? will not be ready for camp or first of season. I think we keep Tremble if for no other reason than to help whoever we have out there. It is starting to look a lot like rookie, everywhere you turn.

At this point, I would rather if we can afford him, get the LT from the Packers. Or get Cam Robinson, he had a decent year last year. Then we have options at 19. Sadiq, Theineman, or BPA. We just can not go into this draft HAVING to find out starting LT.

Remember the days when Rhule said said his arms were too short to play LT? Ah the buffoon that Rhule was.

I don’t see ‘that guy’ coming out of these options. It is gonna be a struggle. But knowing we can shuffle them over to the right side is a relief and probably justifies the investment. I hate giving up a chance to take a two contract player at ILB but we are just up against it.

there isn’t a legit backup either. But we’ll be better at TE and nickel.
