  1. Past hour
  2. all the Panthers had to do was ask one person with even the smallest sense of the current state of the internet/Social Media and they would have been like: "The internet is going to eat this alive and meme this back into our faces so hard. Don't do it."
  3. https://x.com/panthers/status/1935052687709491686?s=46&t=FxigElzZ2iW4B_s6iHHeAg “Now and always #KeepPounding”
  4. I get it. Ended the season playing some of his best and we drafted a weapon in the top 10 for him. Same OL, Same RB, Same system, with JT, XL, and Coker each having a year's experience. It's all lined up for him to take the next step and hopefully he will.
  5. Group ticket packages to the Super Bowl are cheaper than individual ones, so a group of 53 should get to watch it for a good price.
  6. Today
  7. I just want us to focus on the rest of the league not leaving a mark on us because so far during the Tepper era it's right on our forehead and kinda shaped like a mushroom.
  8. Definitely could be. I know that other teams/players drafted around him had similar language in their contracts. But it was a shift in how the Bengals previously had structured contracts.
  9. Boring. Maybe I was too hard on “One Carolina”.
  10. All that really matters in NFL contracts are the guarantees. Everything else can disappear with the stroke of a pen to release you.
  11. This. Just win 8 games this year. Just 8. All they hype, all the branding, all the videos, at this point they all are pointless as we have been the worst franchise in recent memory. Just win.
  12. Which screams to me that something happened after the draft.
  13. Isn’t the dispute over the guarantees? And not the actual contract amount? I believe it’s about a clause that would lessen the guaranteed amount if he was to be suspended.
  14. Win some games. Then you can talk. But this just rings hollow when we've done nothing but lose since Tepper bought the team.
  15. Just need to establish a safe word first
  16. I think its just the money, I think they would have dont this no matter who they picked in the first. They really screwed this up.
  17. Other fanbases will feast on this one.
  18. Hopefully we become more than the skidmark of David Tepper's tenure so far.
  19. Yeah, they've really fuged this up. I still think something happened post-draft that made them regret taking him and now they're stuck between a rock and a hard place. You either give the guy the contract his draft status dictates or you trade him for whatever you can get. Those are really the only two choices you have.
  20. Honestly they should have just traded back. The best they could do in a trade is probably a 2nd now
  21. Bengals are a notoriously cheap franchise. When they were pursuing Tony Siragusa as a free agent, they provided him with a coach plane ticket. Players were responsible for their own soap and toiletry items. None would be provided by the team. They are content to underpay their best defensive player with what amounts to a short term prove it type deal. The offset language at issue in the contract has not been included in their previous contracts, so it certainly sounds like buyer remorse.
  22. Sure hope this comes true!!! https://www.yahoo.com/sports/article/panthers-qb-bryce-young-named-182028803.html
  23. Panthers country. Lets ride.
