I believe what they were saying is the hand deflection into the goal was not something a coach could challenge (although the officials could have called for a review of the goal). Bryce Young averages less than 200 yards for his current carrier. Cam averaged 218. Big difference between Cam averaging less than 200 yards for 6 games and Bryce averaging less than 200 for his entire career. Bryce being unable to throw 200 yard games consistently is a detriment to any offense he is on. Panthers or otherwise.

I would still have taken Stroud over Bryce. If anything he has played down to Bryces level. Nothing he does makes Bryce a good QB
