Lol. Sorry man, I was 100% right that you missed the point. I’m actually expecting us to win because I think we should beat NO and it seems like Tampa is in a huge rut and we’ll be at home. That’s why I bought tickets for the Tampa game. Not wanting to praise our front office/HC and act like the team is built <> being optimistic about winning the division. This place has a tendency to laud GMs and/or coaches way too early and often act like they had an amazing draft. Remember how much you liked Fitterer? I do.

I honestly hope we come out tomorrow and against Tampa and just punch them in the fuging mouth and never let up. Just absolute physical domination. And we are capable of it.

The Saints would love to knock us out of the race. We lose that game and the path to the playoffs gets extremely hard and less likely to happen.

Frankly, I'd say every remaining game is a must-win.

Flyers were 5-0 in shootouts this season and then they met the Canes with a poke check and a Blake to end them.

Its fun to look at the scenarios to get there. But nothing matters at this point but to beat the Saints. Everything else will take care of itself. The next game is a must win and it's not a gimme.

Pessimism Isn't really all that difficult to understand. You don't want to be optimistic because you expect the team to fail and us to be disappointed. Truth be told, I'm not someone to coout chickens before they hatch. I prefer to be cautious. But I'm neither gonna say it can't happen or that it's a bad thing if it does.
