That's the other way of building, for sure. Build a team and they will come. Now, this is largely a "backside of career" model. Elite QB's are almost never available in their prime.

This is under things you can control. You can’t control Andy playing as if it was is first NFL game but you can have a secure line of communication.

The shingles vaccine wasn't available until 2006.
