Andy deflated the whole team last week. Which we have seen with Bryce too. Maybe Bryce comes out and runs those scripted plays for some points and sets a better tone. Maybe not.

Rhule beat Cincinnati to open the season, and they are ranked 17th currently. But even a "down" Nebraska team should beat a "good" Cincinnati team based on talent / recruits alone. Cincinnati is feasting on a very weak pre-conference and Big 12 schedule for 7 wins in a row after losing to Nebraska. Rhule's extension is Nebraska knowing they won't get anyone better than him, and Rhule knowing Penn State is not going to hire him because he isn't the splash he was 7 years ago, which was unwarranted then and even more so now. Halloween game for Carolina tonight. Syracuse starting a kid that didn't take a snap in the offseason practices. There is a good chance we watch Filardi and Lopez try to outdo one another with who sucks more and can throw a game away. Still reminiscing on the Halloween game against #2 Miami like 20 years ago when the Heels won on a last second field goal.

Bottom of the roster churn would be okay with me. If some trades are made some people will be waived/released. I was citing something in my SEC does not equal NFL arguments a couple of years back and it is the difference one year of NFL and the following offseason do for players. These guys are not going to be college players if they do it right, year two.

I told my wife there's some special olympics coming on in an hour and she was like "the Panthers???" and I'm like "nah, UNC". She just laughed. I love football but football does not love me. LOL

Yep. It was a very sad time to be a Panthers fan to see a player so great reduced to what they were.

I am not convinced there will be dramatic difference makers available, especially with such large coaching issues on both sides of the ball. Still, hopefully Dan is doing due diligence.

There's also the reality that we've been trading away players consistently the last few years and ultimately it hasn't helped. Many of them have looked even better. Just let it play out and revisit.

Cam's deep ball was a beauty. There was a game where he got Ed Dickson damn near 200 yards while Greg Olsen was out. And that was in 2017 before his arm fell apart. This is why when I see the new definition of a "deep pass" I roll my eyes damn near to the back of my head.

Well those guys have a shot to be much better players 12 months from now. We should just ride with what we have.

Losing big to the Magic at home... oy vey. We should have kept PJ Washington over Miles Bridges. At least when the rookies are playing sloppy basketball we can chop it up to youth. Miles Bridges singlehandedly sabotaging us on both ends for the bulk of the game is just awful.

I remember it as teams played us with Cam and his dead arm about like they play us with Bryce. They weren’t afraid of anything deep down the field. Cheated up on everything. Talk about a deep ball Cam had a deep ball.

I would also hate to see us dump any picks in the top 3 rounds. Those are just too valuable to trade for a team so incredibly far away from being a contender. Even if Scourton and Umanmielen are just basically better version of Jones/Wonnum, I still want them to keep getting the bulk of the reps. Jones/Wonnum are just middle of the road rotational players. Perhaps Scourton/Umanmielen end up being better.
