  1. Past hour
  2. You are more than free to be wrong. He was fool's gold last season, much like every other season he has been in the NFL. Watch how badly this goes in Seattle....
  3. Well, that's kind of what I mean. He has already been kicking around a PS for a season. He is a borderline roster player/bubble PS caliber guy. It's gonna take a bit of a bump to get him past a regular roster guy like Moore, especially when ST is factored in. Not saying it's not possible but I just don't think it's very likely.
  4. I would say that would be a mild surprise if he doesn't.
  5. What they are asking for in a trade isn't going to fix their team in 2025. You don't throw out wildly high trade offers out of desperation. Also, we don't have anything we can sell reasonably without doing far more harm to us than good by getting him.
  6. Someone named BRad Idzik. Sounds like a guy who should work in the media room, and effectively does so with Canales running the offense, I guess. I like Canales and I'd like to keep him after Bryce. I still want Sanders. Dude is sitting there in the 4th and 5th round and we say NOPE, WE HAVE BRYCCCEEEE YOUNGGGGG. And then we draft a receiver when you have Tyler Warren sitting right there staring you in the face. A guy who can do most of what Tet can do, and play tight end.
  7. And then we pass on Warren, a true blue chip guy. He may not do much until Indianapolis gets a quarterback but he's as close to Kelci for not being Kelci that I've seen.
  8. Stumbled across this guy. Really like his style.
  9. I'll say this until it's pointless to say, but we should have taken Tyler Warren in the draft. Receivers are a dime a dozen. TE's like Warren come around every five years or less. He's a generational talent, and can effectively play multiple positions on offense. Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb. Everyone saying "but we have Sanders".
  10. God, he looked completely useless early on as a rookie. I mean, complete and utter bust status but really did improve quickly before that hellacious hit derailed his season. Hopefully he can bounce back and keep developing.
  11. As far as TE goes I pretty much expect to be disappointed. When was the last time we even drafted a productive TE? Kris Mangum in 1997? Woof.
  12. How do you keep 6 while cutting Renfrow. Renfrow is the best PR and best pure slot guy on this team right now. No way a well run team keeps Moore and Horn both over him….then again, we are a poorly run team
  13. Spotrac says that Tremble's cap hit for 2025 is $3.85M with a dead cap of $6M. Next season though, he'll have a $6.5M cap hit but the dead cap number would only be $2.16M. Mitchell Evans hasn't looked good while James Mitchell has looked better (imo). Tremble is still the best guy in that room until JT0 becomes more consistent.
  14. - They like OG Jarrett Kingston, I think he's kept as our 10th o-lineman. He's graded out very well on the first 2 preseason games and played C vs Texans - We keep 6 WR, Hunter Renfrow gets cut - Jaden Crumedy has been very strong vs the run, we keep him over Cam Jackson
  15. I'm not convinced Manning will pan out but in no way am I trading the likely No. 1 pick for Hendrickson. Don't do it, Dan.
  16. I'd like to see a drive long enough Thursday night that at least one kicker gets to attempt a field goal to help give some idea as to which one deserves the job -- even if it's a 56-yarder to cut the lead to 40.
  17. At this point I hope he and the Bears start hot and then barrel right back off a cliff Chip Kelly style. Fug em.
  18. Today
  19. I can’t name our offensive coordinator. I am getting older and the mind is slipping but I seriously can’t
  20. cutting Tremble saves us 4.5 mill. CFutting Mitchell only saves 1 mill. Depends on how much we value Tremble's blocking ability. Maybe Mitchell can block, I don't know anything about him
  21. In a lot of systems, WR must be able to block in the run game. He’s too small for that.
  22. I think he was drafted primarily as a return man and then we were going to look to develop him as a WR but he didn't impress as a returner and probably just isn't far enough along as a WR to make it. We'll hope to stash him on the PS and if someone picks him up, oh well. That's just the way it goes with 6th rounders sometimes.
