  1. Past hour
  2. Ehhhh except a lot of it was his refusal in college not to play hero ball..... The two things he greatly improved at the NFL level were his accuracy on the run and learning he didn't have to take the deep shot every play. That said when taking a massive boom or bust athlete at QB the most important thing is their work ethic/coachability/desire to improve
  3. The new (released today) FOX ONE app will allow you access to watch your Local FOX Station - similar to how the Paramount Plus app allows you access to watch your local CBS station It'll cost you $20/month for the privilege, but if you're having trouble accessing the over-the-air antenna for FOX, this could be an option to consider the new ESPN app will give you access to ESPN content, but not to the local ABC affiliate. A reminder: if you currently get ESPN via some TV provider (cable, satellite, youtube, etc) then you should be able to use the new ESPN app via your provider login, no additional payment required
  4. Not even close!!! BURNS was a one trick pony who had a big game or two a year in the sack collum and was invinsible the rest of the time.... Heck hes gonna be the Giants fourth best rusher this year.
  5. XL went to one of the worst teams in the NFL. One that features a weak passing O and bad overall QB play on the season. XL is getting way too much hate IMO. He had an okay rookie season all things considered. Very much on par w/ prospects that projected around the same area with him. Panthers made a 2nd rounder a first round technicality for that contract. XL also getting this weird kicker type blame for games. XL somehow single handedly lost us games on one play.....and then we ignore the rest of the team that went about losing the game for 4 quarters. Should he of caught the Philly ball? 100%. The O and D still played like garbage that entire game. Even after the drop, Panthers had two shots starting w/ a 3rd and 4 to convert. They kept playing bad instead. And even if we XL made the play....Philly would have had a minute and half to get into FG range to win it. Who is banking on the Panther D getting that stop? also, I am deemed Mr. Negative, yet here I am defending a no good dirty Gamecock lol
  6. Mike Davis is a damn fool "...so cause of that poo, I got benched, right?"
  7. i watch these different tv shows with my kids all the way through. One of my daughters and i are on our second run through Bones and one of the episodes had one song being played and i said "that sounds like Patty Griffin" which it was. Such an incredible talent. Her debut record was one of the most memorable for me in the 90s. Probably that one and Jeff Buckley were the two i can remember the most listening to for the first time. Blown away from both. Patty Griffin's debut is a simple but incredibly passionate work of art. What is really cool was the story behind how it got released. https://scottsm589.medium.com/a-shout-from-the-heart-patty-griffins-living-with-ghosts-304dcde3ee07
  8. Chris Jones being the next DT taken after Vernon Butler puts a little extra stank on that nut shot.
  9. Morgan might be the worst judge of QBs ever. I mean what the fug is he doing?
  10. Legette is on the chopping block. This wouldn't be the case if Coker hadn't emerged. Legette is looking more and more like a bust, at least for this team. Fun locker room presence but we need defense and he's at the height of his value. If he don't do something the first few games of the season, he needs to be out at the trade deadline so we can get defensive help in here.
  11. all 3 TDs caught by Jacolby George, who we cut. He gets picked up by the raiders and wins ROY.
  12. Panther. Traded all of out draft next season. We winning the super bowl anyways. throw in jamar chase while you're at it.
  13. I mean, I don't think it's an issue. I don't think Eli Manning's style was an issue. Eli was just Eli. And Eli is probably a much more likeable human than Peyton. He wasn't going to act like his brother in terms of how he lead. You are going to have to get THAT elsewhere.
  14. Today
  15. I wouldn’t hold my breath. We got the great Vernon Butler the year after we lost the Super Bowl. The Eagles got Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith.
  16. He's 32 years old so he's been around a little while. Definitely enough to see some stuff that isn't right. Not sure if you've ever seen any of his earlier stuff with his old band. Dude could rock. Seems no matter what genre his music is in, he's always from an earlier one. Fits well with 90s grunge/alt stuff with his band and his solo stuff is definitely harkening back to late 50s-60s Seeger/Guthrie/Dylan stuff.
  17. Opps Mods. I see one below already. My bad. Delete if y’all want that one.
  18. Assuming people will watch it tonight. Here we go
  19. Funny enough, I was just listening to Mike Davis talk about how he doesn't like Steve Spurrier and some of the grimey stuff they did at USC with him in charge.
  20. With how aggressively the team used to leak info, I think that if Bryce's leadership was an issue we would have heard about it.
  21. I'm happy with TMac, but Tyler Warren was last season's Tyler Linderbaum for me in that he was at a position that wasn't one of the five pillars but he was the best player at his position AND one of the top talents in the draft. I cannot fuging wait for the Panthers to start winning again so that those guys fall to us like they seem to for teams like Baltimore & Philadelphia.
  22. Still working on consuming all of these so I don't have summaries available, but I figured there might be another Huddler or three trying to kill time before tonight's final preseason game. Panthers Blueprint: Training Camp The in-house produced Blueprint series has given behind-the-scenes look on the field and off. Start the day with Robert Hunt's family, be in the morning meetings, mic'd up players during practice (Jaycee, Rozeboom, Icky, and Bryce), roster evaluations by the staff, and plenty of camp highlights capping off with FanFest. Processing Blue (Mike Kaye & Alex Zietlow Mike and Alex are back talking about a variety of topics including but not limited to: joint practice + preseason game vs. Houston, Trey Hendrickson trade rumors involving Carolina, training camp awards, draft pick draft, and various thoughts about the team. Jordan & Jake 706: Opening Day Another in-house Panthers' production, the most recent episode of Jordan and Jake talk about how to properly balance intensity in practice, react to the starters being shutdown for the preseason finale, share their thoughts on the newest Panther QB, and more. Raw Room - Ep 278 - Gas Pedal (ft. Mike Davis) Assistant special teams' coach Darren Bates' Raw Room podcast has former Panthers' RB Mike Davis on his weekly podcast. I'm about halfway through this one and it's been a lot of fun. The Raw Room guys (DB, his friend Alex Sweets, former Eagles/Chargers OT King Dunlap, and former Atlanta DB Jalen Collins) are hilarious and Mike fits right in. They talk about his football experience coming up, decommitting from Florida and how he decided on South Carolina, and more. Warning: If you're the type of person that is easily distracted by accents, despite XL being on the team, you might have issues with understanding the Memphis dialect. If you don't care about how somebody talks, just what they're talking about, tune in!
  23. Allen was borderline unplayable in College. He's an absolute unicorn in terms of his career panning out the way it has.
