  1. Well, getting rid of Teddy was one of the few things Rhule got right. We tried, it didn't work. In hindsight, yeah, signing Darnold was bad, but the worst decision of them all was that 5th year option. Absolutely crizazzlebeans. Do we know that the option is 100% on Rhule though? Probably is, but Fitts should have lobbied hard against that one.
  2. You will see no Rhule slurping in my post history, kind sir. Not unlike critical thinking in yours. Give me some more hackneyed talking points. Use "reps" this time.
  3. I quit reading after "coddled." Don't quote me then spout out cliche buzzwords, son. I will turn this message board around and take you home right this instant.
  4. Yeah, fug that guy. I hope he burns. 40 year old millionaire pulling that poo in front of kids?! Waste of oxygen.
  5. The QB competition was always more about Baker than Sam. Everyone is acting like Baker is a hall of fame talent with no baggage. Any young QB with with leadership and maturity questions, you make him earn his spot.
  6. Yeah, I’ve never heard any fan of any team go into a training camp rep count until now. None of the huddle draft experts dare mention measurables anymore because Rhule mentioned arm length one time. I swear people here would advocate 150 pound defensive tackles if Rhule said otherwise. bold prediction: any bad play by Baker the first 10 weeks of the season will be attributed to training camp reps.
  7. OK, this is the last I'm going to say about it. The part you're not getting is; there are people on this board that aren't Rhule fans, that have just gotten fed up with the same 15 posters, posting the same poo 200 times a day. Every thread is clogged with it. The panthers bot can't make a generic post without multiple embarrassing "Tepper read this!! Fire Fatty Fhule" comments. It just gets old. If the 10% are loud then the other 90% are deafening. In summary, I'm not sold on Rhule, but the redundant juvenile whining has grown tiresome.
  8. Good for you Rayzor. (not sarcastic) That says something about your character. I agree with the premise, but not consolidating the redundant whining has made this place difficult to enjoy. A lot of good posters are gone, and a lot of posters that used to be good are now awful.
  9. I know Rhule should have berated Sam publicly and it would make the huddle happy if he called Sam up to the podium during a presser, whipped it out and pissed on the dude, but it's not particularly wise because even good teams need a backup QB sometimes.
  10. The Huddle Rhule hate bot is WAY more efficient than the panthers bot
  11. I think that's why he and Linville Gorge are so invested in Matt Rhule failing. It's their chance to finally be right about SOMETHING! I kid because I love. CRA is right about stuff every now and then.
  12. I'm going to go with, "Matt Corrall would be the next Tom Brady if he had 8 more training camp reps!!"
  13. So if we have a winning season and every thread devolves into "Rhule's a genius and anyone who says otherwise is a dipsh!t" How do you plan on handling that?
  14. Exactly. The mods don't notice that this place has the tone of teenage girls shrieking about boy-band drama mainly because they're part of the group doing it. There are honestly people on here that think David Tepper reads the huddle and will do as they wish if they whine hard enough. It's run off a lot of good posters. Again, I'm not sold on Rhule, I don't mind the criticism, it's just the redundancy. There were four "Fire Rhule" threads after a preseason loss. To quote Letterkenny's hockey coach, "It's fuging embarrassing!"
  15. Fitts has been here less than two years. It’s way too early to say he’s a failure compared to Brandon Beane. As far as Rhule versus McDermott, yeah, you’re probably right about that one.
  16. Tepper perusing the huddle:: ”Wait just a damn minute. This thread is for real and non-spastic!”
  17. If Christiansen turns out to be a really good guard AND a competent backup LT, our OL could be a strength for years.
  18. I've almost given up on Marshall. He's the new David Gettis.
  19. I know all of you huddle geniuses know that Baker's a lock for Canton, but believe it or not, there are some dolts out there like Rhule that aren't 100% sure. Sam Darnold can look the part of NFL QB every now and then and because of this, he's fooled many analysts and obviously our coaching staff/ FO. Even though we put him behind a line that was easily as bad if not worse than the Jets, it was just obvious last year, he's just not the guy. Still though, his size, arm, and athleticism (plus the fact that we have to pay him a ton this year) made everyone hope that he spent the offseason getting the yips hypnotized out of him and came back a new man behind a new line. It was worth trying, I guess. Having said that, if you think that the possibility of losing a QB competition to Sam fuging Darnold didn't motivate someone like Baker Mayfield, you're fooling yourself. Baker's had immaturity and ego problems in his career so far, and making him earn his spot was a slice of humble pie that he needed. And if there's any place that appreciates the value of pie, it's the Carolina Huddle.
  20. Any position is an area of concern if your back up sucks and your starter is mediocre or injury-prone and it seems like Bozeman might be both.
  21. And Deion got knocked senseless. It was beautiful. Still gotta go with 2015 NFC title. That game was like watching an hour long highlight reel/hype video
  22. Those types of guys are usually the types that gives your team disastrous penalties too. To knock a guy out and stand over him in a joint practice? That might even exceed Burfict/PacMan level of dumb.
  23. I think that's one of the reasons the know-it-all blowhards can't stop posting about how dumb Rhule is 200 times a day. As of right now, they appear to finally be right about something!!!
