  1. I'm down to 182 on this make shift diet and getting stronger by the day. Squatted 225 6x my last set on my last leg day. Not quite atg but good range of motion
  2. Anyone ever done a juice cleanse. I'm debating it, but no way im paying that much money. Anyone know of a cleanse on a budget?

  15. If you can walk it's not. My whole leg basically locked up. About a month before I had some mild straining in the ligaments. Went to a sports medicine "doctor" and he told me just rest for a month. Did so and first soccer game back it was not good. Should have been doing rehab from the initial injury. You may want to look into some stretching/strengthening rehab options if you are doing that marathon
  16. What's the worst "tear" without being a complete tear. Grade three sprain? Anyway that is what I had in every ligament in my right hip about 12 years ago. Hasn't been the same since.
  17. I'm headed to the beach the second week in September. I'm going to try to stick to a diet for a month. I'd love to start running again but my hip is always a little bitch.
  18. Working out of town again this week. Put up at the embassy suites. That breakfast and happy hour are going to cause some issues.

  20. I used to wear a lot of Hurley and rvca because they fit well.. I feel like I'm getting a little old for that now so stick mostly to polos. I really like ogio I don't know if you've heard of that or not but they're geared more towards in shape people I guess. I can wear a medium and while the chest and arms are a little tight it fits nicely.
  21. Shirts suck for me too. If I buy a medium it's a little tight in the arms and ends up a little too short. A large is way too long and looks like an oversized dress
  22. I always have to go up a size and wear a belt. #bigbootyproblems
