  2. Only shows sack when he's going to be fired. His job should not be safe until we are first in the division. Remember the titans style, lose a game and your done.
  3. Have you seen our line? You don't think with common sense. He can't sit there all day and wait for guys to get open. If the first two guys aren't there, it's time to go.
  4. One or two on the progressions and then bolt is fine with me. Not every play but let the man work. They have him playing scared.

  6. I think these coaches have killed cams swagger and confidence. He's petrified of making a mistake. You can't play scared. He's over throwing because he is scared of making a mistake.

  9. You can at a young age, I've done it. Just ask Chad Johnson. He ate McDonalds like everyday. Sadly those days are over for me, and for Chad as well.

  11. I'm not worried about it, I just don't like any other than ranch. That's just fat in a bottle. If you can go without it, why use it?
  12. Protein powder in with my oatmeal. Any of the meat I eat during lunch.
  13. I go oatmeal or yogurt in the morning with some fruit. Lunch lean turkey on whole grain No Cheese. Or grilled chicken or some sort of fish. Dinner baby spinach and apple salad. No dressing, because im a boss. Most important thing is to allow yourself to cheat a meal or two a week. Also I could stand to drop like 5 lbs not 50 go fug your self Alice
  14. Not like every meal, just for dinner. The spinach I actually don't mind. No more of that kale for me though
  15. I normally go spinach and apple salads no dressing, trying it with kale. Not easy to down it, its so damn bitter
  16. That's why I like to mix things up, if your goal is always the same it gets boring. As long as you are following a healthy routine to add or lose weight and you set goals for yourself you can't go wrong.
  17. Every one is gaining now and im gonna cut a little bit. Kale for dinner!!! This is my first experience. A la Bart Scott, CAN'T WAIT. Also Jase how much did you weigh when you started? Seems like you've put on 10-15 pounds pretty damn quick, that's pretty impressive. From 22 to 26 I put on 45 pounds. That's only like 10 lbs a year
  18. It's really the only thing that gives me a notable gain. Everything else just makes me tingly or hot but no real extra push.
  19. I have assault and Condense that I am using Now. Not real big on either although condense taste really really good. I always go back to 1mr
  20. I have never seen anyone do that. I use the Smith machine (I think that's what it's called) because we only have one squat rack/ place for dead lifts and someone is always on it.
  21. Yeah I hate that as well and I HATE when I go to grab the spray and some towels and you sit your ass down on my nasty sweat before I can even get back to wipe it down.
  22. Any weight slammers in here? If so go fug yourselves!!! If it's too heavy for you to re-rack it properly lower the weight homie. Im sick of hearing machines slamming around. I pay money every month to use working equipment!!!!!!
  23. If you do start taking it make sure you are getting your water, like at least a gallon a day.
