If it was one or two calls I'd chalk it up to human error. But it wasn't. It was egregious. I think these teams are more evenly matched than the way it played out. But what do you do when you know you aren't going to get a single call? Plays need to be able to be reviewed. And the biggest thing is refs need to be held accountable. You can't keep saying oops we made a mistake. Fix it. With a camera on every phone, and the technology to see what's in the back of my truck from outer space, I think we can tell if a football was moving for a fumble or if a defender really interfered with a pass. But who knows. Maybe Sam isn't old enough to get that call either.

I wonder if his timing is off when he has protection. He can't trust this line so while he's not seeing ghosts it is screwing up his rhythm.

They weren't misses. The NFL needs the Cowboys winning to fuel their story line. Same way they weren't going to let Manning ride off into the sunset 1-3 in Super Bowls. These weren't bad calls. These were exactly the momentum shifting calls they were supposed to be.

Let's get real. If we go down by 7 early with Teddy 2 gloves at QB, the game is pretty much over. Sam has the ability to lead a comeback and drive the ball. Is he perfect, far from it. But for a 2nd round pick, yeah he's pretty fugging good so far.

I'm not so sure it was he didn't love football as much as he didn't love meyer. Being stuck in Jax for 4 years under a guy you can't get along with could make someone contemplate retirement. Some situations are just toxic. I'm not saying that's for sure what happened, but it could be possible given the off-season poo that was coming out of Jax.

Carolina starts the half on fire, goes up 14-3 after the 1st quarter. 2nd quarter ends up 21-10 with Dak getting a little mojo going just before half. 3rd sees our offense stall again, 21-17. 4th 24-17 before a pick 6 by our new CB makes is 31-17. Late game heroics get it to a one score game but Brown and Burns meet at the Dak for a stack of pancakes and recover the fumble to seal the deal. Sammy D tosses for 300 and 2 TDs to Robby and 1 to Tremble. D records 5 sacks and gets pressure up the gut all game so Zeke and Pollard never really get their rhythm. Bold prediction - Tony Romo has flashbacks of Thomas Davis every time Dak gets ragdolled.

Gotta wonder if some of that smoke during the halftime show is gonna from Snoop Dogg himself.

I'm not 100% on his football abilities but as a leader of men, I'm sold. He has the ability to elevate guys beyond what's expected and bring them together.

Building and maintaining on offensive line is not as easy as it sounds. Every team in the NFL struggles with finding quality offensive lineman and keeping them healthy. Let's not forget Hurney screwed the pooch with building an offensive line by following his gut and spending 3 day 2 picks on 2 guys that aren't even with the team any longer after 2 years This team had a lot of holes to fill. We started on defense. This year we grabbed a couple of offensive linemen and hopefully they will be starting at some point this year. I'm not overly happy with our 2 FA line acquisitions, but to say we haven't at least tried to address the oline isn't an accurate statement.

I dont remember but I'm sure they were useless like most of his day 2 picks. But it was still a good trade for us.
