  1. How would you know that if you've never seen him play without cheating? If he's been using a less inflated ball than allowed for essentially his entire career (which is extremely likely given the information out there) who knows how much it has affected his game? That 63% could drop to 61% and his TDs could drop and INT increase and yards drop, and less wins as well. Even if it's just a very slight advantage, it adds up over an entire career. Look at the Patriots' fumble stats over the years... And everyone would talk about how great of a cold-weather QB Brady is (and how Manning sucks in the cold)... Does the pressure of the balls not have any effect on that? Honestly, both Brady and Belichick should be banned and ineligible for the hall of fame, and their titles should be stripped, because this is the 2nd time they've been caught (and I am 95% sure they got away with filming the Rams' and our walkthroughs before the Super Bowl, which affected the outcomes of those close games).
  2. He'd have a chance to rush for 3000.
  3. He'll be their starting LG and their o-line will amazingly be better than it was last year. Wow.
  4. The evidence supports that they did it all year, and even before that, so it's likely they wouldn't have made it to the AFC Championship game even without cheating. They wouldn't have beaten Baltimore.
  5. Could anybody see Belichick and Brady being barred from the hall of fame because of cheating? I truly think that would be a justifiable punishment, in addition to both being suspended a year and the team losing a 1st round pick (or more) and being fined $500,000 (should be more but that's the most allowed). The Wells report says there's no evidence of Belichick being aware, but that's irrelevant if you look at precedent because Payton was "unaware" of the bounty sh(t and he got suspended a year. This deflated balls thing has 100% been going on for the past 10 years at least, almost certainly since Belichick got to NE, and that's in addition to the illegal videotaping. Don't see how the league can let them get away with repeated incidents of a blatant disregard for the rules by giving them just a slap on the wrist. Seems like most of the fans (of the other 31 teams) and media think the league should come down hard, and knowing how much Goodell cares about the league's image and PR, I could see it happening.
  6. They'll throw him on the exempt list the second we sign him, investigate for about a year and a half then give him a 10 game suspension for "conduct detrimental to the league" without elaborating on it.
  7. This isn't about the Colts game or even about how much it benefits them. It's about the Patriots organization under Belichick systematically having a blatant disregard for the rules. They better hit them hard with punishment. To be completely honest, Belichick should be banished. He won't be though so whatever.
  8. I want us to be the entire map. fug everyone else.
  9. Panthers did not have a 1st round grade on Collins.
  10. It's solid but it's just not the full picture, though I wouldn't expect anybody to know the full picture of a team they're not fans of.
  11. "Sign with the Saints or we'll frame your ass for conspiracy to commit murder, and you know we'll get away with it because with football players it's guilty until proven innocent."
  12. The team that finished out the season went 5-1, not 7-8-1 like you are using as your reference. Sure we're rivals but I'm positive you don't watch many more games of ours than the 2 we play against each other. Maybe other divisional games if you're on bye or primetime games, but don't act like you watched the entire 16 games of ours and followed every single player that got meaningful playing time. If you truly do know so much, I'd love to hear your thoughts on how and why we improved towards the end of the year, and discuss our free agency additions and how they may help us next year, and our draft picks.
  13. You don't know enough about our team to really know how good we are, and the same goes for us about you paper-bag-wearing buffoons. Just let it play out.
  14. Disbelief. That's what this post makes me feel. Pure disbelief. Whether he can play LT or not is completely irrelevant. The guy is a top 15 talent from the draft that we could sign to a cheap 3 year deal and he would instantly come in and compete (and likely win) for any spot on the o-line (except center), and it would instantly improve it. There is literally no reason that we wouldn't pursue him if he's innocent. And Mayock had him ranked as the #1 OT in the draft before it happened.
  15. You know nothing about boxing. I've been doing this my entire life, watching and studying fighters, fighting and training. It's pretty clear you're no more than a casual fan.
  16. Could give him guaranteed money upfront which is a huge factor. Not sure if it's allowed though.
  17. Back in the day there weren't even 8 divisions. Those "in-between" divisions don't count at all. And fighter of the decade don't mean a thing when the decade has no good boxers comparatively. If Manny fought 50 years earlier he would be a nobody, not even good enough to get a shot at a title. Same goes for Floyd.
  18. Sugar Ray Robinson Jake LaMotta Kid Gavilan Bobo Olson Randy Turpin Rocky Graziano Gene Fullmer Carmen Basilio Joey Giardello Rubin Carter Roberto Duran Ray Leonard Marvin Hagler Thomas Hearns Emile Griffith Henry Armstrong Harry Greb Carlos Monzon Dick Tiger Jimmy Doyle There's 20 just in his weight class (relative).
  19. So you're not qualified to even be involved in the discussion.
  20. Yep and his style of fighting only works against chumps. The true all-time greats would absolutely demolish Floyd. Not even top 25 all-time in his weight class, and far from top 100 all-time pound for pound, let alone best all-time pound for pound as retards suggest.
