That would probably resulted in better short term success for this year. But I think the idea of surrounding BY with all the vet talent they could like Thielen, Chark, Hurst and Sanders then drafting a dynamic WR to pair with a young TMJ was the best way to go for long term success.

So glad we dodged that particular bullet. Hopefully he crashes and burns so badly that whatever positive legacy he may have is ruined forever. Fug that guy.

So I looked up platitudes… “A remark or statement, especially one with a moral content, that has been used too often to be interesting or thoughtful” and what is more of a moral statement than something dealing with hiccuping weasels!

Contend? Yes they will contend for the south title. Win? Quite possibly but far from a slam dunk. Will come down to Bryce and how he adapts to the mistakes he will inevitably make.
