Wanted for hit and run negligent homicide. Louisiana State Police have issued an arrest warrant for LSU wide receiver Kyren Lacy on accusations of negligent homicide and a felony hit-and-run. According to a report from the LSP, Lacy is accused of speeding from the scene of a fatal crash on Louisiana Highway 20 on Dec. 17. The crash killed 78-year-old Herman Hall and injured two others.
