There are a lot of RB needy teams with playoff aspirations that I could see throwing maybe a 3rd or 4th our way for Dowdle (Commanders, Texans, Chiefs, Chargers, Patriots, etc.) If you aren't going to use him anyway, might as well trade him while his value is at its highest.

True. We never learn our lesson when it comes to RBs. There are two rules to RBs: 1) Don't waste 1st/2nd round picks on em 2) Don't give them big contracts. RBs is the EASIEST position to replace in the NFL, yet we still treat it like it's a premium.

Dalton can consistently make those throws. If Canales just had a good gameplan coming in to let Dowdle eat and just let Dalton make simple throws downfield, we had a chance. But Chuba continually putting us in 2nd and 3rd and long has wiped away any chance because Canales is a retard.
