I think some Panther fans wanted anyone but Rhule. I never wanted him. I just think some were in so much Panther agony, they wanted any one other than Rhule.

I swore I'd not get too excited about "training camp " .. worrying about every hangnail etc.. Yet here I am DAY 1 ,, waaaaaay too excited about all the comments , videos , and interviews .. All I was wanting September 11 to get here and crush the falcons.. Yet here I am, hanging on every word in interviews,, watching players drive up to a dorm LOL.. PUMPED ,, FIRED UP... Yes I know, every pass that falls shorts or is knocked down, intercepted.. will have the negative comments from those who wanted someone else but Bryce. And some 8th string wide receiver will make a catch that has 20 fans hoping he makes the team and he's better than player XYZ . It's what fan bases do. STAY HEALTHY PANTHERS .. IT'S A LONG TIME TILL SEPTEMBER 11TH. AND EVEN LONGER TO FEBRURY 11TH WHEN WE PLAY IN OUR 3RD SUPER BOWL . The WHOLE PLAYBOOK .. the whole playbook is what coaches say when they have a new QB, a young QB, etc.. and they never give him " the whole playbook ". The Whole Team has never seen the whole playbook from this coaching staff.. Offense, Defense, Special Teams. It's ALL NEW TO ALL OF THEM.. Oh, some of the plays will be like other plays they've run, with new name or terms used.. ONE DAY, we will have a team when they have the WHOLE PLAY BOOK lol.. 47 days till PANTHERS beat the falcons in the season opener. GOOOOOO PANTHERS

He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2016. He and my mother are/ were the same age. My mother too has Alzheimer's . Tony's last performance was in 2021 with Lady Gaga.. Alzheimer's patients seem to never lose their memory for music/ lyrics. A blessing for him as well as my mother. He might not be able to tell you what he had for breakfast, but I'm sure the lyrics flowed for him, as they do my mother. What a great American talent

I watched this game about 3 days ago on NFL network. I swear I thought we were going to win. Time of possession was what hurt us the most in this game. 39 min to 21 min. It didn't feel that way watching it live , because we were scoring. Our defense was zapped. Tired. Many of us agree, we gave Brady too much time at the end.

Baseball is so different than our other major sports. There is no clock. Each team gets 27 outs . Players, for the most part, play offense and defense. It’s not for everyone.

Braves are having an EPIC season.. It'll still come down to best of 5 or 7 games in the fall. Hope they get their two starting pitchers back. Wright and Fried. I'm a San Diego Padre fan.. Friar Faithful. It's been a difficult season for me. HUGE $$$$$ line up and can't get it together. 4 games below .500, and hoping to make a wild card run. My bull pen is the pits. I have a closer but can't get the ball to him .. WHINE WHINE WHINE. Baseball is not accessible in my opinion. I live on the coast of NC. I can not stream listening to their games on the radio because I don't live in their market. Well guess what, I don't live in the Braves market or the Nationals market. MLB is not much better than the NBA. I miss the days of being able to watch the Braves, Cubs, and Mets on cable TV free.

It's only 5 degrees hotter than Satin's kitchen here along the coast.. People are sweating,, but every time I ask if they are sweating ( while on the beach ) because of Bryce's rookie contract.. they look at at me funny .. Enjoy the rest of the summer.. A month from now , there will be real conversations here on the Huddle about , do we keep 7 or 12 WR ,, and the normal non starters conversations about training camp. Our dog used the thunder shirt ,wrap, jacket. It worked to an extent, but even then he'd want to be so close to you and still shaking bad. We did use medication. I hated it, but he literally couldn't handle fireworks and thunder. For fireworks we could start it earlier in the day because we knew it was coming. He still didn't like it but wasn't as bad as without it. Thunderboomers just show up, and the thunder jacket was the best option. And holding him.. It's what we do for our pets.

Q: You know how you find Texas ? A: You walk west till you smell it, then south till you step in it. Q: Why is Oklahoma so windy ? A: Because Texas Sucks ( never miss an opportunity to blast Texas and their self absorbed citizens lol ) The attendance at all the college teams in our area will sag when then teams have 30% winning percentage ( like the Panthers the past few years ) . Tickets sold versus butts in the stands also change with college teams with wins and loses. Winning is the cure to stadium culture. Green Bay fills their stadium because ice fishing is worse. Selling tickets is not the same as butts in the stands and losing teams all have this problem in every sport. WIN NOW !!!! GO PANTHERS !!!

Please explain to me what large businesses don't do this. ( receive incentives from a state, city , county , etc ) It's been going on for years and will so in the future. A running back that can catch the ball out of the backfield will have a high priority place in the game today.. IF HE CAN BLOCK TOO,, He's worth every penny .

So does everyone available at this time. The Hurricanes got one of the draft's best pure goal scorers here. He has All-Star upside, which is more than what many teams who have drafted ahead of Carolina can say. This organization prioritizes high-end skill at the draft and knows how to mine it. Nadeau will need a lot of development in college hockey. But if he comes out the other side as the best version of himself, this will be a steal for Carolina. Pick Grade: B+ Scouting Report: Nadeau is a true dual threat offensively. His primary function is as a goal scorer. Nadeau's shot is blistering. His release is fast, the puck moves fast and he picks his spots. After the lottery players, he may be the draft's best pure shooter. The University of Maine commit uses the threat of the shot as a mechanism for taking on the role of playmaker. Faking the shot, Nadeau will send slap passes to teammates around the crease for tap-ins. He's also excellent at finding teammates for passes across the slot and particularly from rush chances. As good as Nadeau is at creating offense on the rush, or when he has space, such as on the power play, he hasn't shown nearly as much ability to create via more typical cycle sequences. Nadeau is merely an okay skating, laking real agility and ability to beat defenders one-on-one with his feet or his hands. I disagree. Hopkins IS a bonafide #1 receiver. IF you can get one, and it fits your salary cap etc.. you try to get better. He would ( or should ) make Bryce better . I think it's too early to grade Mingo without live action. I also think they should know what they have with Shenault and Smith.

Very sad news.. as The FUZZ said above think before you go out. Have many eyes on your friends and family. When you live on the coast, you hear about a drowning way to often. Swimming in the ocean is not like swimming in a lake, pool , creek, etc.. Some days it's better to just catch a few rays than to go for a plunge.
