Calling BS on this. We have signed several of our own players since Rhule became coach, DJ Moore and Donte Jackson this off season. Yes, Rhule is a bad coach, but the hate has become so insane, some people will believe anything if it makes him sound like a child or idiot.

Yes, and to be clear, I'm not defending Rhule here, but the chart says "hot seat or fired" and taking away 7 loses to two of the best coaches available changes that stat significantly.

I mean, Bruce Arians and Sean Peyton weren't fired... They retired and are super bowl winning coaches that could get jobs today if they wanted...

Sam Howell was woefully undervalued too. He was considered possible first overall pick for 2 seasons untill UNC was gutted, and he still played just as well or better than Pickett. Still baffling to me how he went in the 5th.

I think it's obvious he will name the starter for the third pre season games. Reps where already starting to lean in favor of Mayfield. I think, now with even less media involvement in the next week of practice, Baker will start getting 90% of the reps, and we will know this "competition" is over.

This theory makes a lot of sense. I think it's clear even from limited reps that Corral was a year away. But everyone kind of knew this with all the rookie QBs. That is why only 1 went if the first round.

Funny enough, there are 25 other fans of nfl teams that feel the same way about their own coach. This is totally reactionary. How do you feel about Robert Selah who has even less wins than Rhule, hasn't been able to develop his rookie QB, oh snap and his starting QB got hurt in the first game of the pre-season and there staring down Joe Flacco and Mike White as a starter? This thread is full of reactionary nonsense because Matt Corral has not turned out to be what everyone hoped and Rhule is being more guarded about the starting QB than people think he should... Even though we all know who he is going to announce as the starter. If he sucks again this season he will be fired, and maybe we will get that superstar head coach 6 -10 teams hope for every year. But since he is in the team right now I might as well hope he puts it together. That Bengals coach did, so why can't Rhule.

Malik is like 4/13 in passing, but he can run. He is no where is no where ready to start. Picket though, he looks good.
