Texans now indicate Deshaun Watson is available for trade

Word to the folks hoping to get him at a reduced price: Good luck with that. Albert Breer reports that Nick Caserio is "determined" not to offer any sort of discount for a Watson trade. Also being reported that the Texans are not in any hurry. They're willing to be patient and wait for the offer they really want. -
Fair enough. Post deletion would be useful though. That way we don't have to go looking for a mod every time a double post happens.

Latest word is the league won't take any action till the legal stuff is over. And on that front, all indications are that it's far from over. -
Does editing still only have a five minute window? And can we delete posts now? (double posting has been a problem)

I don't think we're "desperate" by any stretch. Nor do I buy that the "David Tepper will pay any price" stuff was ever true. But since we now know Tepper doesn't influence football decisions, it doesn't really matter. Though mind you, I'm sure some of our dimmer bulbs will probably haul that stuff out again. The way some fans here look at Tepper rivals Chuck Norris Facts for level of silliness. -
Yes it is. It's a paid one, but it still denies the player access and contact with the team.

At that price, no. And frankly, that was true before the legal stuff began. Not sure the Panthers will be either. I wouldn't bet on that. The Panthers might be willing to wait and see, but I'm. Ot buying that everyone will. -

I know a lot of fans here were interested in him after the Steelers let him go.

Another star having issues...
-
Philly has three first round picks next year (7, 18 and 21).
-
Too good to be true?
-
Strongest contenders to trade for him right now are reported to be the Eagles.
-
Related.. Speculation had been that he'd likely be placed on the Commissioners List this season.

Much as I dislike Brady, damn
-
I wouldn't have wanted Harbaugh. He's far better suited to college coaching (though you wouldn't know it right now). Riddick? Is he really that good or is he another Jon Gruden like guy with a know it all image because he's got no accountability? I honestly don't know. And Fields? Well, we know where that stands.

The saga continues...
-
Sportsbooks are lousy predictors. Betting sites had us drafting Justin Fields, hiring Jim Harbaugh as head coach and naming Louis Riddick GM.

Say something that isn't stupid and I'll happily acknowledge it. -

Nah, just plain stupid... and also wrong. Linville was anti-Herbert. I wasn't. -

No its not. (this is an incredibly stupid take)
