  1. I try to root for other teams in other sports but my heart just isn't in it. I only have an emotional investment (which has also been a financial investment) in the Panthers. We clearly have a top-down problem. In the corporate world, the Board fires the CEO. In the NFL, you're screwed for 20 years or until the owner dies or sells.
  2. Fair play from Tre. Still think The CMC trade was a good one. We needed so much depth that the picks were worth it. Unfortunately, as we all know, our GM turned those picks into zero players that even contribute.
  3. I'm with you there. Definite respect to the dudes playing hard until the whistle blows despite knowing the outcome before it starts. Don't think we should play Dalton. Might win us a few games. All we have at this point is the 33rd pick. Our new GM has to find a Hall of Famer there (any position), and then get our QB with 1 overall in 2025.
  4. The draft has to be true BPA by a GM who knows what that means. The cupboard is bare on both sides of the ball. Pretty obvious now that Stroud was the pick but we would be a 2 or 3 win team at best.
  5. Not real complicated at this point. Trade any marketable pieces, but especially Burns, in the off-season. Not winning any games next season so we're all in with a new HC, GM, and QB for 2025.
  6. Trying to find something, anything to root for. Habit I guess. Our D is mostly UFAs. Nice when one of them makes a play. Otherwise... there's nothing there.
  7. #1 overall at least. We might win 2 games out of the next 24.
  8. I understand the endless firing speculation but it's not going to happen before the season is over. We'll be 2-15 and the Bears will have #1 overall gift wrapped. We'll not be at the table for whatever generational quarterback gets taken.
  9. I doubt it but this report kind of indicates that Frank wants to go down with the ship as Captain. So it's possible but I think it would have to be a 49-10 type game which I don't expect.
  10. I'm going 70/ 30 Cowboys. The % of those Cowboy fans that have ever set foot in Texas? 0.2%
  11. Yeah he had one bounce right off his hands against Chicago. Not great
  12. I wonder if he'll continue to mismanage the clock while calling bad, predictable plays
  13. I would have agreed in the past. This team is a special kind of bad though
  14. Slayton or Robinson would be upgrades at WR for us. Barkley... obviously. It will be up to them how much they want to win by.
  15. The Giants are terrible, but better coached and have a more talented roster. Lost by 32 to the Cowboys. I can't picture a scenario where we lose by less than 17.
  16. No reason to doubt his intelligence. Looks like he works through progressions quickly to me. Unfortunately, you can't divine physical traits. Like the ones, you know, Stroud clearly has.
  17. Well I sure hope so. Mainly he's not TMJ or Chark or S-M or the litany of scrubs we've rolled out that clearly can't play at this level so let's see
  18. He drew a PI call on his other target. Led the team in receiving yards. Give the kid a start Sunday. Literally can't be worse.
  19. We can start 1,000 threads. Let's just agree this is rock bottom. The ownership was a known weakness. Head coach is incomprehnsively incompetent. GM can't draft guys that can even contribute. There is no hope but there is alcohol. Cheers ladies and gentlemen. I'll be here when it turns around (2025 or beyond).
  20. Nah bruh. We have the worst owner, GM and HC in the league. There is no way to evaluate Bryce but we can objectively evaluate those clowns.
  21. If you're going to kick a field goal, you run a play for 5. That garbage was inexcusable
  22. Some team has to be the worst in the league. It's us. Officially. And it's not close. No hope until 2025 at best.
  23. There it is. Strange to pin it all on Bryce. Our O-line will get beat by every D-line in the league. Our WRs can't beat any corners in the league.
