Frank was the smart/fortunate one to get out. The rest have to stay and take the wrath knowing they are probably all going to be fired after one season. Good luck Tepper in trying to find a competent staff after all of this dirty laundering being aired. Not a good look for our beloved owner.

Burns is not worth what he wants but the defense is far away from being the problem on this team. This defense is actually pretty good. This offense is the worst I’ve seen since 2010 and I actually think the 2023 offense is worse than the Jimmy Clausen led team.

Whoever next coach is I hope they have guts to bench BY

I do not think it will be the coaches decision to bench Young. -

Nicole or David? -
It is amazing how one person can create such controversy that extends into at least 2 states and impacts millions of people. And yet this person is completely oblivious that he is the problem causing the controversy. If he left the Carolina’s and the Panthers millions would cheer and celebrate.

Oline, dline, LB, WR, TE….ugh. So many holes on this team and very little depth. Trading away so many draft picks and then missing on the limited draft picks available have caused much of this. This team has no identity. Bozeman played well last year and we all celebrated when he signed a new contract. This year….not so much. You have to think the drama we are reading has impacted players too. I still think Bozeman, Moton, Ickey, Corbett and Brady is a solid line provided the scheme fits their strengths. A lot has changed this year in the offense..::new rookie QB who is a unicorn due to size, no playmakers, new coaches and new schemes. And if Tepper hires outside of the current coaching staff it will change again. Hard to be consistent with so much change

Whatever Tepper does it should be the opposite of what he really wants to do. Every decision he has made has been wrong so therefore the opposite would have to be good.

Well Panthers football is not interesting so I guess Tepper turned his football team into reality tv. Very sad really. -
So if this is true wonder why he also fired Josh and Deuce. Actually very surprised Deuce was fired as the RB are not the issue in this offense.
-
Wonder if Tepper offered him HC vs interim HC if he would have taken it….

Fair or unfair I believe Bryce is getting the “vitriol” is due to what the Panthers gave up to get him. A first, two seconds, plus DJ Moore is expensive and this created unrealistic expectations. Think if Bryce was drafted at #9 with no trade up there would be a different narrative on him but also would have had the assets to place a supporting cast around him.
-
None of this is a surprise and most of it was already discussed/known/debated by message board armchair QB’s here on the Huddle. Very sad that a guy worth billions does not have a clue when everyone else can see it as plain as day.
-
We can thank Tepper for this.

LOL- I stand corrected. i was adding up all the draft picks squandered the past 3-years and it hurts.
-
Hurney also typically did not trade away draft picks…
-
The question is why is there no talent and who has been building the roster the past 3-4 years….too many traded picks to find a QB and too many bad trade ups. Frank inherited this mess.
-
Guess we will be seeing Nicole much more involved this week.
-
You cannot take a sack there…if nobody open throw it away. There was time.
-
That last sack was on Bryce. Plenty of time to throw
-
How many draft picks have the Panthers wasted in the past 3-years to find a “franchise QB”? Very sad. This is why this team has little talent and no depth.
-
If the Panthers did not trade away the first round pick next year, what is going on right now would not be so frustrating and discouraging because you would know that there is an opportunity to get a really good player early in the draft.
