What are some poor roster moves he has made?

I don't believe those numbers are from his first season.

I think there is no chance either one of them is canned. Objectively speaking, the roster moves Fitterer has made have been good ones. He was basically forced by Chicago into trading DJ Moore, and like it or not, moving on from CMC was the right decision. He's flourishing now, but in a system where literally every running back they've had has flourished. Reich hasn't had enough time to even begin implementing a system, and the team is littered with injuries. Not saying he's any good, but the same people who say we need to give Bryce time should understand that no coach on earth can implement an entirely new system with a whole new staff in one season. The biggest mistake of all was the one Tepper made in drafting the wrong guy. I think he knows that, and because of it he knows he has to be patient with this staff.

Yes. He may be the one person on the team that's more of a disappointment than Bryce Young.

I have such confidence that he's a bust (and knew he would be one before he was drafted) that I don't find it to be a worthwhile mental exercise to even consider the hypothetical.

With Young at QB we'd still be winless. He's absolutely inept.

The team would be no better or worse if we shipped off all of our best players for draft capital. There's no reason to not completely dismantle this dumpster fire.

If Bryce Young weren't trash this assessment would be accurate. How soon we forget that Cam Newton won an mvp with his best WR being a cast-off who would be a #3 on any other team.

It doesn't feel like it's built to win because the offense sucks so bad under Bryce Young, but this defense is nasty even with all the injuries. Clearly the offense can function well as we saw with Dalton. Bryce is a scares child.

Keep blaming the coaching all you want, but if Dalton is our QB we are probably 3-1. This team is indeed built to win now but Bryce is absolute garbage and a liability

I've been scolding this forum for years for constantly pissing and moaning about our GMs. Hate to break it to you, but the mess we are in right now is not on Fitterer. I think he's done a wonderful job of building a very competitive roster talent wise. Tepper blew it with the Bryce Young pick. Simple as that. Dude is Jerry Jones 2.0

I actually think not playing under center is hurting Bryce, not helping. When you play in the shotgun you have to take your eyes off the defense for a split second to secure the snap. I'd be curious to see what Bryce's numbers look like from under center, assuming there's even enough data in the passing game to work with.
