I don't live my life on Facebook that the idiotic masses.

Which isn't the case with Burns. He's under contract, and he was going to get paid regardless. Oh, and I'd never sell a house in a hurry. There are better ways to financially handle that type of situation.

I'm so upset. Now that my house is officially on the market, the buyers know I want to sell, and they have all the leverage!!

Leave your emotions at the door about Burns... it's a BUSINESS

Let's be honest. This is a game. Not a single player is worth even 10 million a year. fuging ridiculous. That being said, the value of rhe contracts will never be considered acceptable. That's the modern day NFL. -

You're perception is perceived. Funny how public opinion clouds the facts. -

His value was already set, or the Rams never would have tried to aquire him. -

The Panthers were never going to get rid of Burns. It's his talent and production along with demand for pass rushers that set his market value. He just wants to get as much for his 2nd contract as possible. He has zero leverage. He already said he won't sit out games. He knows his production is likely to sky rocket in a 3-4 defense, only increasing his value. He was going to cost no matter how you think this has gone down. Elite pass rushers get paid. Am glad we have one. -

None of that gives Burns any leverage. Burns is under contract thus season, and won't hold out. So your circumstantial evidence, is just your opinions based on poo. Good work. -

I know if I were Burns, I'd be getting the max I could with this being his first veteran contract. -
I'm really tired of how badly the media is at creating their own propaganda for thensake.of clicks.

New Tennessee Titans turf...with new technology

Seems like a no Brainerd for player safety. -
Thus is literally why they got Houston. Plus next man up.

He's literally not going anywhere.

We have the best pass rusher we've had since Peppers. Hard truth. He is slight, so his run defense will never be as good as a bigger pass rusher. His market value has NOTHING to do with his run defense. Elite pass rushers get paid. There is no way we could even replace his production. So all this, he's not worth it, needs to end, because the simple truth is the NFL values him far more than anyone else ever will. It is absolutely in our best interest to sign him now. His value will be even higher in 6 months.

When building a team, you don't take a unit of strength, and make it a glaring weakness. There is no amount of justification to do so. Thus is also why pass rushers get more.money than receivers. Not all positions are created equal. Every talent evaluator in the league understands the value of Burns to us, I would say they understand it immensely better than most Panther fans, who want to say anything to justify their perception.

Lol at the overpaid comments. He's not even in the ballpark of the highest paid players in the league.

It is in Bruns best interest not to even sign a contract this season, unless Bosa signs first.
