Pretty interesting read overall, 103 players anonymously were asked to rank the GOAT, the current top 3 QBs, rookie QB who is most likely to succeed, most overrated, most underrated, and trash talking. I was surprised to see that Bryce was tied for 3rd with a few others for underrated QBs. Here were the top vote-getters for the most underrated quarterback: T1. Purdy (14) T1. Stafford (14) T3. I know you love jumping into topics full bore and arguing for the sake of arguing, but below is the post the same guy I originally quoted made in another thread recently. I quoted and asked for his source because I believe it was 100% taken out of context, but hey prove me wrong and show me I’m missing something. He never responded but then posted similar rhetoric in this thread. And his implication is that he should be cut because of it. So yeah I’m gonna call BS when I see things that are being thrown around as facts

This was my understanding too, it was basically what he did for one week after the season ended. That’s quite a bit different than claiming the entire offseason he’s just been hanging out on the couch and not working like the poster I quoted who keeps posting this in multiple threads

I am in the “maybe there’s a 2-3% chance that this works with a different coach and better system, we might as well try, god I hope this works, if it doesn’t move on fast after this year” camp. I don’t think Lawrence’s second coach would sign off on/draw up screen passes to Ian Thomas at least.

Jared Goff would be one to aspire for. Completion percentage Went up from 54.6 to 62.1 - +7.5% TD percentage went from 2.4 to 5.9% - +3.3% INT percentage down from 3.4 to 1.5% +1.9% AYA went from 4.3 to 8.5% - +4.2% I realize he only started 7 games his rookie year - but he was similarly awful. Of course it makes a huge difference going from whatever Jeff Fisher and friends were doing to Sean McVay.

I mean to be fair he has a point, the Jets have the longest current streak of a playoff drought in the 5 major US Sports (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS). The last time they made it was the same year we started Jimmy Clausen at QB and Cam was winning a Heisman at Auburn.
