The county keeps a public database of all homes in the county that you can search by name of owner, parcel number, etc.. A lot of people, including some public figures aren't aware of it, or the fact that randos can look up your home address by your last name. He looked his name up, pulled his address and sent him a personal letter.

When healthy, we match up favorably with just about any team in the NFL. Our healthy offense is way better than a healthy Cowboys defense Our healthy defense is good enough to slow down a healthy Cowboys offense. Injuries just suck right now.

I think the overall defensive performance we've seen so far this year shows why going all defense for basically the first two drafts was the right call. We're at a point now where they can go all in on offensive line and once we rebuild that, we'll be able to hang against anyone. 3 of 5 of their linemen are the top rated linemen in the league. You get a lot more calls your way when you're already really, really good. Biases form for everyone, including refs, and I'm sure it's just laziness(and probably a little favoritism) that makes them give Dallas' line the benefit of the doubt. When there's so much going on out there, I'm sure they look for shortcuts and zero in on areas they haven't already formed opinions on. Until we have AI refereeing we're going to have to live with biased, flawed humans making subjective calls on objective things.

I think he's done pretty well for a UDFA stopgap.

I said in the game thread yesterday, DJ is starting to show that scrap after the catch that I haven't seen since Agent 89. It's really cool to see him growing into that kind of player. Ol Marty was always money in the first round.

Except there is no history for this Panthers team. It's brand new. The personality of this current team is still being formed. They've made changes/improvements every week so far. I do think this poor defensive performance was a case of 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' and then the Cowboys broke it, and there wasn't enough time to fix it. We were competitive in the first half and in the 4th quarter. We got our lunch stolen in the 3rd, and they did enough damage there to basically seal the game. Rhule and Co. will have to figure out what's going on with this team always struggling after the half and adjust quicker going forward. I believe they'll do everything in their power to make that happen.

I really liked the fact that when McCarthy put his second string guys in, Brady and the offense attacked them, rather than just doing the same ol' same ol.' Rivera and Shula would have continued to beat their heads against the wall and let them run up the score.

We were spoiled by a decade with Kalil as our center. I still think we will trade down in or out of the first round to get those 2/3 round pics back. If that happens, there should be plenty of good to great linemen available to draft in bunches. We will probably go after at least one FA lineman as well. That will mean they’ve almost completely rebuilt the team in 3 of 5 years of the projected rebuild. It’s tough to be patient, but the only reason we’re all so mad about this loss is because they’re so far ahead of schedule.

Sometimes it’s just not your day, whatever the cause may be. Every season that we’ve had a strong team, we’ve had at least one embarrassing loss. I’m not writing off the season. Even with this atrocious line, once we get McCaffrey back we’re dangerous again. We made it out of the first quarter 3-1. We’re playing with house money. Let it ride.

Sad way to go through life, but you do you!

We’re still in year 2.25 of a 5 year rebuild. Regardless of how it ends, this game will be motivation for further down the road. Still excited for this team’s trajectory.

Then stop watching and stop posting.

We’re hanging score for score with the Cowboys offense, and y’all are still mad. Even if we lose, we’re way ahead of where we thought we’d be.
