Man this is looking very promising extremely knowledgeable group. Honestly I like Steve a lot was iffy on him getting the job 50/50 let me say he did a great job but I didn’t know how far he’d take us based off his squandered opportunities (Pitt/TB). It seemed like his hard work would get him the job I feel everyone who felt that but now, now that we have one of the brightest young defensive minds who has lead a unit to excellent play such as Wilks. Only difference is his potential based off age and coaching staff combined with FR’s offensive knowledge it’s not even a comparison to what we we have gotten with Wilks. I’m so excited to see where we go from here as a team.

I see you didn’t watch Denver and Russell W this year he was he threw three picks that game and the backup qb played threw another pick. You want your defense to pitch a shut out with four different change of possession plays. That’s just one game Russell did that all year to his team and the D held it down.

Imo main reasons we lost playing not lose instead of playing to win.

Actually Rhule hired him Tepoer appointed him to run the team once he realized Rhule isn’t a good coach. Man I thought it was just me like where’s he get that craziness from stepper needed a coach to hold us down and Wilks has exceeded most expectations. Yesterday we beat a solid team on the road in December things Matt couldn’t get us to do. What does the division have to do with Wilks simply getting us to play much much much better then we have the last two years. That’s what we would be rewarding him for getting our team from the second pick (bottom of the barrel overall team) in the draft to a competitive team that may beat anyone on any given Sunday.

As far as wr’s go we need a free agent upper echelon WR to come in and make an instant impact. I agree with needing a DE but let’s look to add a proven Wr who can step in and help make this team a more balanced and productive offense immediately.

Lolol I like this but at the same time that’s a lot of improvement from a disastrous failure to mediocrity. Next stop might just might be success lol. 2- games from now we could be leading the division.

Well we’re not to far off add a top tier Wr in free agency draft a elite TE and we will have a comparable situation to San Fran. But honestly it’s not just the pieces it’s the preparation of the qb by the coaching staff that made him look good. He looked like he knew what he was doing where he wanted to go with the ball etc. If we can get that we already have our qb in Corral. To follow up you see a team like Phila draft a wr in the first round Smith then turn around and trade for AJ Brown a first rounder, or Miami draft waddle in the first then turn around and trade for Tyreek H, it’s going on take adding another top wr talent to our group drafting a big time Te to get any qb to reach their potential imo. Bingooo high picked qb isn’t needed or doesn’t mean your franchise now is on the winning track, but we must hit on our first three picks this year and sprinkle in some very good free agents.

Actually it’s pretty realistic look at the next two games say they win one and loose to the 49ers id we win the next two it’s a 6-7 team compared to a 6-8 team. We beat them already so it’s closer then we think. I’d say they louse to the bengals depending on that Lions game we may be tied for first in 3 weeks with two nfc matchups left. I’m starting to think it’s a realistic thing I wasn’t rooting for this but I’d never be mad at winning regardless of what happens in the playoffs. Winning breeds winning we need to get back to that type of culture forget the Fool way seven year fiasco crap he would spew. We are playing to win games if a bad qb can do enough to win let the D and good coaching take us as far as we can go and build upon that in the offseason.

Lol I thought the same thing five weeks ago my good friend is a die hard Raiders fan I’m really in tuned with them. They may not win another game somethings wrong Josh McD might be just that bad of a coach. They just lost to a team who’s coach has no real coaching experience benched they qb then put him back in today. I don’t see a win on that remaining schedule maybe just maybe the Broncos game after that they got some tough games I can’t see a win in sight based off how they’ve performed all year.

I’ve been thinking about this for two weeks straight it makes so much sense if stick up on talent I could see him doing two years here like Tom in Tampa. Wee need a strong defense and to add a few playmakers we have the line. If we retain DF our running game should be solid, a couple of upgrades and we’re real destination spot that you could drop in a qb to get us there. Arod seems done or tired of GB it’s not as far fetched as some may think.

He might be that this season if you’re watching him in comparison to other top tier DT’s. He’s probably gonna be second team all pro this season.

I agree with that but Geno had a few bad situations and was never put in a winning situation. His first opportunity to play with a good foundation coaching wrs and a decent running game was last year he filled in very well. This year he’s shown he can more then handle the job he’s thrived so I don’t think we can classify him as a backup only.

I’m saying he’s getting his team to perform at a high level like I’ve seen Buffalo do. Im seeing the guys play above the level they’ve typically played at add in a franchise QB and we might be able to have that argument. If they lose to Patty McHomes two more times In the afc championship per say it’s understandable we’ll call it the Jordan era and Ewing/Barkley/Malone could help you understand what I mean.
