    I want Baker for the one simple reason that it would be fun watching him and Robbie in training camp together.

    We also have a receiver on the team who thinks he has the influence of a Brady or Rogers and who also doesn’t want Baker in Charlotte. It would be fun to watch them get along though.

    Must be nice to screw the pooch by giving up three much needed picks for a qb nobody wanted and then be given another chance to screw the pooch by signing a guy who stays on the field as much as our star rb.

    I don’t get the thinking of people who want to draft one of these qb’s at 6. None of them are worth going that high. I hope Fitterer has the leeway to do what is best for the organization and not what’s best for Rhule.

    Robbie thinking he has pull like Rodgers or Brady is laughable. He should concentrate more on not sucking so much this year.

    Would be better than any qb option in this draft. But knowing Rhule is desperate he’ll take one and declare he can turn him into a HOFer.

    This draft has the potential to be one of the worst in our history. Taking a qb who will more than likely be a JAG at best and an OT from a school who had a horrendous o-line makes me want to puke.

    It would be beyond idiotic to pay both Darnold and Mayfield, though we have to remember our HC is in desperation mode. The most obvious choice for me is to either roll with Sam and PJ or trade down and get a rookie.

    Not too long ago we had guys like Cam, Olsen, TD, Kalil, Gross and to a lesser extent Luke. Don’t know what you got till they’re gone.

    Draft dream; Rhule gets locked in a broom closet and has no bearing on the draft. Dream nightmare; Rhule escapes from the broom closet just in time for pick 6 and we draft another long-snapper

    If Neal or Icky is around at 6 I’m ok with taking either of them… if not trade back. As far as qb’s go, we could conceivably go into week 1 with Sam as the starter.

    Great for PR to get rid of the mantra that a guy who is loved by fans and will be inducted into the HOF is responsible for. How about he get rid of the HC instead??

    That’s hilarious. We pass on Neal who lasts until 9 and take a qb who won’t be ready to play for who knows how long.

    Hard to imagine them going from 6 to 137 without a pick. Only way I see them sitting at 6 is if Neal or Icky are there, which they won’t be.

    Campen knows more about o-line talent than the entire rest of the staff combined.

    Rhule needs to win now is what I got from Tepper’s remarks concerning his contract. There isn’t one qb in this class who will improve enough on the five win 2021 season so to me it makes no sense to take a qb.
