Let’s get away from me saying diva let’s wipe that. What I’m saying is I believe for the better long term development of a QB subconsciously getting tunnel vision at the very start of a career for an Alpha WR is best practise. Get the growing pains out the way with him reading defences and attacking matchups then add that Alpha and watch the offence explode
-
What I’m saying is I don’t want my rookie QB getting tunnel vision for an (stereotype) demand the ball Alpha WR. I’d rather him in a built Offence like we have with all solid receivers that attack certain parts of the field. Sure once the growing pains are done and he’s reading the whole field add that guy to take it to the next level
-
You could be right but I wouldn’t bet my house on it there’s a lot of variables when the fine tooth comb comes out.
-
Still my opinion that having a diva Wr demanding the ball is not what’s best for a rookie QB to develop long term.
-
Year 2 is where I see the franchise try and invest in some serious weapons for him too. No good having a diva receiver as a rookie imo. But year 2 and the head of the team will handle a alpha receiver better

Maybe, maybe not. Never know what the draft process might uncover

Bryce has been doubted his whole career and dominated at every level against the best competition at those levels. It would be an outlier for him to fail. It must hurt all these 6’4 career backup QBs see a 5’10 QB dominate

Any games in Aus? Hahaha -
Mingo, Viska and Marshall there’s 3 young size and speed monsters that Young has a chance to connect with
-
Nearly all the past Goats of the position didn’t have cannons or great athleticism but they were elite between the ears an their work ethic. And all the QB needy teams know this and they saw it in Bryce
-
It’s gonna be very reasonable making the playoffs. If there’s a QB to come out in the last 20 years with the mental makeup to pick up the pro game quickly it’s Bryce Young. Nearly every QB can throw a ball the special ones no where and when too
-
I’ve seen people saying he has an average arm, average athleticism and even some saying he has average processing.
-
Yeah moving up to 1 was the correct decision

Depth plus familiarity with the other lineman can’t complain. But for fugsake get another edge rusher please -
To be honest that was when we were at 8 and I would have rather Carr and say Jalen Carter over reaching for Will Levis
-
Falcons they ruined our perfect season and gave Denver the blueprint to win that SB on defence
-
So every team that wanted to upgrade the QB position wanted Bryce Young. But we have posters around here saying he’s average at best in all categories

All I read is that I watched 3 mins of highlights and that I think I’m smarter than 90% of the NFL heavy hitters

Ikey praised him for his Mentorship so I love bringing him back

Yep we’re gonna have a smaller Peyton Manning on our hands that can escape pressure
-
Yep imagine DJ Moore still being here with this side but we got those moral victories. I blame it on Corral if he could stay healthy he should have been in to sink or swim and I’d say we would have sunk.
-
Well has Bryce even signed his contract?
-
I will 100% stand by play style is why QBs get hurt by contact (non contact are just freak injuries). Brady lightning quick reads ball is out and Mahomes great play designs with great ability to avoid trouble. That’s why I see Bryce as a much safer and better player to Tua and Mac. Stroud is closer to them 2 than Bryce if you take the helmets off
