Either he moves to WR or we need to find a way to be without him. Love the guy and his skills but RB should be cheap and replaceable. He is done as a RB, just wasted talent at this point in that position.

Too soon after this much staff lacking experience for me. I would like to bring in an old hand for a couple of years, then we could promote Morgan. I'm just shell-shocked from this staff's lack of experience and flat learning curve. I liked Berry and the guy from the 49ers, both didn't want this job given the situation (they were right lol). Morgan has upside but way too early to put him in at GM for me.

Fire them all...at the end of the season. I wouldn't mind seeing the Oline coach fired. I think there should be an intern around that could coach on his level or better. I just can't believe someone else can't take on those duties and do a better job than that guy.

Regardless of Cam's current abilities, we have bigger problems than QB play right now. Would anyone look good with us right now? I just can't see that answer as a yes on any level.

This is just bad decisions heavily influenced by a lack of experience by Tepper. It started by keeping Hurney and letting him contaminate this new staff. Hopefully we will burn it all down and sanitize it before rebuilding the staff after this one is done embarrassing itself. If Tepper wants a NFL expert to help him, he needs to go find one now. There isn't anyone in house that can help with this mess, it's a bunch of overpromoted and inexperienced people on hand.

They are imploding with a healthy franchise QB, that takes bad everything in the NFL. That team is 6 years removed from any good other than a slow backwards slide into terrible and we brought in a piece to contaminate our team...

I do not know how much of the bad was on Fritts but I have no doubt he contributed, he had to. Even if Rhule ran everything, contract, deal and draft pick....Fritts still took that job willingly. I can't trust someone that operates that way to magically be competent with zero oversight. That sounds like a miracle to me. He comes off as professional but inadequate in competency. Like a better packaged Hurney, just a dookie flavored lollipop from a distance.

I wish, Rhule won't do it because he doesn't belive he has to. Allowing him to think we is getting 5 years regardless was a disastrous action for this crew. It tainted everything after that BS

No idea and that's my problem witheveryone. Even if someone someone would be worth keeping, this setup is so inept that building around any of these people is like building a house on a broken foundation at this point. The situation is that bad IMO. It's like when you see a player leave, you know it's best and necessary but still think someone can salvage them with the right setup....that's how I feel about everyone not a player at this time.

That should be enough to not have a year 3 right there. We should see staff changes soon after the bye week if the current trajectory continues. Why not, might find a gem wasting behind a wall of poo.

'He is a GM hired to operate under Matt Rhule' is enough to try for better sir. Twist it, examine it but he wasn't a strong hire, like much of this staff. A good candidate wouldn't have take the job so we went and found one who would.

I never put it all on Fritts, he is just part of the problem. We can and should do better. One is fact and the other is my opinion.

Someone needs to be over anyone staying on next year. That would be an amazing effort!

And Fritts still traded away the farm. Yes it was not a solo effort but he played a big role in it. He is the fugging GM, he cant hide from the massive failures he participated in this offseason.

We are way past cleaning and are into burning it down territory. There are not many people in the building that should remain. Front office and coaches, just burn it all down. Hire a consultant to help hire the new GM and coach. Then we can talk about a 3 year build up.

And Fritts is the finger pupet that participated. He is a GM that's qualified to be under an under qualified HC. We can do better and his evaluations and values are very questionable. Just the Sam deal is enough justification to fire him. Terrible.

This guy is going g to get fired and deserves it. What is there to double down on? Bad decisions, lack of meaningful NFL experience, horrendous in game coaching or terrible personnel? Can't wait to see the final push lol

Keep Morgan, Fritterer is overpromoted and we can do better. His perfessionalism isn't worth keeping considering the terrible evaluations he has made. It was a weak hire to fit under Rhule, we could do a lot better and I have zero faith in his player evaluations. Who traded for Sam, signed 2 bad Olinemen and then ignored the oline in the draft? That was his job and he failed horribly.

Taking 5 years to win is completely made up BS. If you can't win by year 3, it's not happening. That was a fantasy to hide behind created by a pack of NFL inexperienced people and Marty Hurney... There is zero indication anything is improving. If the season ended today there should be no year 3 for this crew, it's just wasting another year. They have a few games to prove why there should be a year 3 but I have lost all faith in them. They have showed nothing to indicate there is a future worth wanting with them around. What have they learned? Nothing. How have they adapted or changed things up? Same old mistakes and getting worse. Tepper already saw what it looks like when the fans turn, he could see it again this year. As they say,the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
