    At this point I’m willing to take a chance on the McDermott coaching tree because, you know, he should’ve been the one to take over after Ron got fired. Imagine him and Beane still being here with the Panthers.

    I agree with a lot of points JStew made, but this is year 3 for Rhule. These are the same mistakes he made during his first year. The team is still making the same mistakes since year one. There has been no noticeable progress since he became head coach, and for that, it lies solely on his shoulders.

    The booing must really be hurting him because it validates what he's afraid of telling himself: that he sucks.

    We need to stop calling him names like clown because even clowns have a better success rate at what they do than Rhule. there’s only one “real” defense left for Rhule, and that is to see it narcissistically as he does: we’re the problem, not him. We don’t see how things are 1000% working.

    Even if we somehow miraculously sneak into the playoffs, I still want Rhule fired.

    Rhule and Snow needs to go together. I don't know who would serve better as interim but anyone other than that narcissist who we have now.

    He knows that change includes removing him. He’s in self-preservation mode now.

    I was hopeful but the more I see this team so unprepared week in and week out, I start questioning what it is that they do in "practice" every week. They attend the games on Sundays and just look so lost, in addition to playing with no tenacity whatsoever. We need to hit the reset button and I hope it happens sooner rather than later.

    That's a tough one. If I still lived in Charlotte, I'd rather be in BOFA stadium as an embarrassed Panthers fan than to allow opposing fans to take over.
